*المقادير:


-1 كغ سميد خشن.
-700غ ألى 750غ سكر عادي.
-100غ سمن ذائب.
-كاس شاي من ماء الزهر.
-القليل من الملح.
-ماء ضروري حوالي ربع لتر
-ملعقة من الفانيلا.


*الحشو:


-اللوز.
-ماء الزهر.
-قرفة.


*الشاربات:


-300غ سكر + 1لتر من الماء + كأس شاي من ماء الزهر
.

*طريقة التحضير:

-ابدأ بتحضير الشاربات و ذلك بوضع السكر و الماء يغليان لمدة 10 دقائق في نهاية الغليان أضيفي ماء الزهر و اتركيه يبرد.
-أخلطي السميد ، السكر، الملح و الفانيلا. أضيفي السمن الذائب اخلطي جيدا بأصابع اليد فقط من دون أن تعجنيه و رشي بالماء و ماء الزهر من حين ألى آخرتماما كما يحضر الكسكس .
-اتركي الخليط يرتاح على الأقل نصف يوم ، ادهني السينية ضعي فيها نصف الخليط و ضعي عليها الحشو ثم غطيها بالنصف الآخر ،سويها ثم اقسمي المساحة ألى مربعات. ضعي في كل مربع حبة لوز . يوضع قلب اللوز في فرن مسخن ب 200 درجة مئوية لمدة 30 د حتى يصبح لونه أحمرفي أطراف السينية عندها حمريه من الأعلى .
-عند أخراجه من الفرن يسقى بالشاربات الباردة ثم يرجع ألى الفرن الساخن لكن مطفأ لمدة 10 دقائق . اتركيه يبرد ثم قطعيه.

المقادير1كغ دقيق خشن (دشيشة بالجزائري) 700غ سكر عاديملح (ضروري)من 150 حتى ل 200غ سمن ذائب250غ خليط ماء وماء الزهر بالتساويلوز مطحونالشاربات (القطر): 1لتر ماء+ 400غ سكر توضع فوق النار ولما يبدأ في الغليان يترك لمدة 15 دقيقة ويترك في مكان ليبرد، ثم يضاف عليه فنجان ماء الزهر(ولا يستعمل إلا باردالتحضير: الدقيق+ الملح+ السكر ونخلط الكل+ السمن مع التخليط+ خليط الماء وماء الزهر (مع الحفاظ على فنجان صغير منه جانبا) ونواصل التخليط بالأصابع جيدا حتى تتداخل العناصرتغطى العجينة وتترك لمدة ليلة كاملة هكذافي اليوم الموالي نضيف خليط الماء وماء الزهر المتبقي للعجينةوتدهن الصينية بالسمن، ويوضع فيها نصف الخليط، وفوقه اللوز المطحون (حيث يفرش على كل المساحة) ثم يضاف النصف الثاني على كل المساحة ثم تقطع إلى مربعات ونضع فوق كل مربع حبة لوزويوضع داخل الفرن، ولما يصير لونه وردي، ندهن وجه الحلوى جيدا بالسمن، ونتركه حتى يصبح أحمر اللونينزع بعدها من الفرن ويوضع فوقه كل القطر (الشاربات)ويترك عدة ساعات حتى يمتصه كله
