لماذا لا نستخدم عقولنا ونبحث عن الحلول؟ لماذا لا نفكر؟ لماذا لا نضع سؤالاً مهماً نصب أعيننا في هذه اللحظات التاريخية العصيبة التي تمر بها امتنا العربية من محيطها إلى خليجها ونسأل : ما هو السر الحقيقي الذي جعل الشعوب العربية جميعها تنتفض بين عشية وضحاها ؟ لماذا؟
نعلم بان البعض سيقول أن هذا نتيجة القمع والظلم, وأخر سيقول هذا نتيجة كبت ال...حريات, وثالث سيتحدث عن غياب العدل والمساواة، وكلٌّ سيُدلي بدلوه للإجابة عن هذا السؤال من منظوره الخاص ومن رؤيته للواقع. إجابات سليمة وموفقة ستقنع الكثير منا إلى حد ما. إلا أن تلك الإجابات ستقودنا إلى سؤال أخر في غاية الأهمية وهو: ما هو ما سر التوقيت الزمني الذي سارع بالإحداث وجعل لجميعها توقيتا زمنيا واحداً ؟ وهل سيتوقف هذا الطوفان الجارف؟ وهل من رابح فيه وخاسر؟
في الواقع وبعد الانتهاء من الإعداد النهائي للمرحلة الأولى من مشروع «الشرق الأوسط الجديد» وفق استراتيجية وخطة خمسية تتألف من خمسة فصول ولخمس سنوات متتالية 2011-2015, وقد بدئ فعلاً العمل بهذه الخطة ونقلها إلى حيز التطبيق مع مطلع العام الحالي 2011 وستستمر حتى نهاية هذا العام لنشهد بذلك انتهاء الفصل الأول من تنفيذ خطة المشروع التي ستعمل على إسقاط العديد من الأنظمة العربية, مُقابل, كما يُدعى, نشر المزيد من الديمقراطية والسير في طريق الإصلاحات السياسية والاقتصادية والتنموية
ومع مطلع العام 2012 سيُطبق الفصل الثاني من الخطة وهكذا ستتوالى الخطوات, وقد نصل مع نهاية الخطة أي في العام 2015 وقد دخل العالم العربي في فوضى عارمة لم يشهد لها مثيلاً عبر التاريخ. والفكرة وان كانت أمريكية إلا أنها تظل بنكهة إسرائيلية, فقد سبق لزعيم حزب العمل الإسرائيلي شيمعون بيريز وان طرح مثل هذه الفكرة في كتابه الشهير The New Middle East الذي كان قد اقترح فيه دخول دول الشرق الأوسط في سوق مشتركة من خلال فكرة الشرق الأوسط الكبير. أما المشروع الأمريكي ففكرته أوسع واخطر فهو يهدف إلى تغير خارطة العالم العربي كلياً وليس فقط الأنظمة العربية, والغرض من ذلك هدفان اثنان
الأول : هو التوسع في خارطة العالم العربي, فالإدارة الأمريكية ترى اليوم بان التقسيم القديم للدول العربية من قبل الدول الاستعمارية (بريطانيا وفرنسا) لم يعد صالحا للمرحلة الراهنة,
والهدف الثاني هو إيجاد أنظمة جديدة في العالم العربي لضمان نجاح عملية التطبيع, ويأتي ذلك عن طريق إقصاء بعض الزعماء الذين قد انتهت فترات صلاحياتهم بالنسبة لأمريكا حتى وان كانوا من كبار الموالين لها, واستبدالهم بدماء جديدة وزعماء جدد سيخدمون هم أيضا السياسية الأمريكية ولكن بأساليب مختلفة أكثر حداثة ورقي
