القذافي يخطط للتنازل عن السلطـة لابنه سيف الإسـلام

يسعى مجنون ليبيا إلى إقناع قوات التحالف بقبولهم تنازله عن السلطة لصالح نجله سيف الإسلام ومنحه مهلة زمنية لنقل السلطة سلميا، حسبما كشفت عنه مصادر ليبية وعربية متطابقة، فيما أوضح الثوار أن المعارك قد تجاوزت مشروع ابن المجنون ، مؤكدين أنهم يعتبرون أن سيف الإسلام امتداد لأبيه.
ويجري تداول ذات المشروع سرا بين مندوبين عن المجنون وعدة جهات غربية وأمريكية، وحسبما صرح به مسؤول ليبي فإن سيف الإسلام القذافي أجرى سلسلة من الاتصالات مع مسؤولين في الحكومتين الفرنسية والبريطانية بشكل غير معلن، طرح من خلالها فكرة تنازل والده عن السلطة وتوليه هو الحكم لفترة انتقالية من عامين إلى ثلاث سنوات، مقابل وقف القصف الجوي والصاروخي والجلوس إلى مائدة مفاوضات مع الثوار، مشترطا حصوله على ضمانات تؤكد عدم ملاحقة والده أو أسرته بشكل خاص قانونيا أو قضائيا، وعدم المساس بهم بأي شكل من الأشكال، مما يضمن تهيئة فترة انتقالية لنقل الدولة الليبية من مرحلة الثورة الشعبية إلى الدولة الملتزمة بمعايير الديمقراطية الغربية واحترام الحريات العامة وتحرير الاقتصاد، وبالتالي دوام الحكم في يد آل القذافي. غير أن مسؤولين في المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الموالي للثوار، قالوا من معقلهم في مدينة بنغازي، إن ما يجري على أرض الميدان من معارك بين قوات المجنون والثوار قد تجاوز مشروع ابن المجنون، وأكدوا أنهم يعتبرون سيف الإسلام امتدادا لأبيه، مما يعني إجهاض هذه الخطة قبل إطلاقها، لاسيما وأنهم يحققون تفوقا عسكريا ملحوظا في الميدان، وبدأوا يشقون طريقهم باتجاه الغرب، حيث مدينة سرت العاصمة السياسية للنظام وطرابلس مقر إقامته، مؤكدين بهذه الخطوة، أن الدائرة المقربة من مجنون ليبيا تسابق الزمن على ما يبدو لتفادي النهاية المحتومة لسقوط النظام، فيما اعتبر عضو من المجلس هذه الخطو ة''مناورة سياسية جديدة، لن نشارك فيها بأي حال من الأحوال، إذا أراد المجنون الحل، فعليه أن يغادر السلطة فورا، وإلا فلينتظرنا، نحن قادمون إليه في عقر داره سواء في سرت أو في طرابلس''. ويقول معارضون ليبيون إن هدف التحركات التي يقوم بها مقربون من المجنون، هو محاولة كسب الوقت وخداع الرأي العام، حيث قال عبد المنعم الهوني، ممثل المجلس الوطني الانتقالي في القاهرة، ربما هذه بالون اختبار ليس أكثر، القذافي لا ينوي التخلي عن السلطة سلميا''.
