السيناريوهات المحتملة لمصير مجنون ليبيا

تزداد التكهنات بشأن المصير المحتمل لمجنون ليبيا وأسرته في ظل التطورات الميدانية على الأرض بالتزامن مع أنباء عن وساطات ومساع لإنهاء الأزمة الليبية بشكل يتضمن مخرجا ما لرأس النظام.

فعلى أرض الواقع، حقق الثوار بفضل الدعم الجوي لقوات التحالف كسبا كبيرا مع اكتساحهم مدن إجدابيا ورأس لانوف والبريقة وبن جواد والعقيلة ومنها إلى النوفلية في الوادي الأحمر، في حين تتمركز القوات الموالية للمجنون على بعد 30 كيلومترا من سرت.

بيد أن الخبراء العسكريين في معهد ستراتفور للمعلومات لاستخباراتية يقولون إن الضربات الجوية كفيلة بمنع الكتائب الأمنية الموالية للمجنون من استهداف قوات الثوار أو المدنيين في المدن الخارجة عن سيطرة النظام، لكنها وبكل تأكيد لن تضمن السيطرة على شوارع العاصمة طرابلس وإخراج المجنون من باب العزيزية.

ويضيف هؤلاء أن البحث عن مخرج عسكري أو سياسي للمجنون وأسرته بات أمرا ملحا لعدة أسباب منها تأكيد مصادر وزارة الدفاع الأميركية أولا والتحالف الدولي ثانيا أنه من غير الوارد إطلاقا إرسال قوات برية إلى ليبيا.

ووفقا لمصادر ميدانية، شوهدت أرتال من الآليات العسكرية بما فيها المدرعات وهي تتوجه منسرت إلى طرابلس، في صورة تدل على أن المجنون بات يدرك أن المعركة الأخيرة ستكون بالقرب من باب العزيزية.


من جانبه قال المندوب الليبي السابق لدى الأمم المتحدة عبد الرحمن شلقم إن مجنون ليبياوأسرته بدؤوا فعليا يحضرون للهرب بعد تحول الميزان الميداني لصالح الثوار واستمرار القصف الدولي الذي شمل مواقع قريبة جدا من مكان إقامة نفسه نفسه.

من جانبه قال المعارض الليبي محمود شمام إن من غير المقبول التفاوض على مسألة محاسبة المجنون على الجرائم التي ارتكبها بحق الشعب، في إشارة إلى رفض قاطع لأي تسوية أو مخرج سياسي للمجنون وأسرته من ليبيا.

هذا الموقف يستدعي السيناريو العسكري الذي يقضي باقتحام باب العزيزية لاعتقال المجنون أو قتله في ملجأه المحصن، وهو أمر يؤكد الخبراء العسكريون صعوبته إلا في حال واحد وهو تخلي جميع القوات المحيطة بالعزيزية عن حماية المجنون.

ويقول خبراء عسكريون إن المجنون جهز لنفسه وبكل تأكيد خطة للهرب عبر سراديب أو أنفاق تحت الأرض يمكن استخدامها للخروج من باب العزيزية دون أن تلاحقه طائرات الاستطلاع أو القاذفات الجوية.

بالمقابل، هناك العديد من السيناريوهات المحتملة لوقف العمليات القتالية لعدة أسباب، أولها رغبة الدول المشاركة في التحالف الدولي -وتحديدا دول حلف شمال الأطلسي - بعدم إطالة الصراع تجنبا لاحتمال التورط بريا في مرحلة لاحقة كما هو حاصل في أفغانستان.

وفي هذا السياق أكدت وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية هيلاري كلينتون أن مؤتمر لندن -الذي سيعقد غدا الثلاثاء- سيناقش إستراتيجيات سياسية لإنهاء حكم المجنون، وأن مبعوث الأمم المتحدة عبد الإله الخطيب سيصل طرابلس قريبا لينقل إلى المجنون رسالة واضحة تتلخص بكلمة واحدة وهي "التنحي".

وبحسب ما ذكرته العديد من وكالات الأنباء، فإن المؤتمر الدولي سيناقش إستراتيجيات إنهاء الأزمة في ليبيا بما فيها إيجاد الطريقة المناسبة لخروج المجنون وأسرته وربما جماعة منتقاة من المقربين إليه، لكن يبقى السؤال كيف؟
