المحيطون بمجنون ليبيا متحمسون لاتفاق

قال رجل الأعمال الأميركي الجنسية اللبناني الأصل روجر تمراز إنه تحدث إلى المحيطين بمجنون ليبيا وإن شخصيات كبيرة قريبة منه لديها رغبة شديدة في التوصل إلى وقف لإطلاق النار، وإبرام اتفاق سلام مع المعارضين الذين يحاولون الإطاحة به من السلطة.
وقال تمراز -وهو رجل أعمال له استثمارات في الشرق الأوسط- إن ممثلين عن المجنون أبلغوه في الأيام القليلة الماضية بأنهم على استعداد لإبرام اتفاق مع المعارضين والقوات الغربية الداعمة لهم.
وأضاف تمراز الذي له صلات تجارية مع ليبيا منذ عشرات السنين، أن رجال المجنون"يعرفون أنهم سيخسرون في نهاية الأمر".
وقال إن أعضاء من الدائرة المقربة من المجنون أبدوا استعدادهم لمناقشة إجراء تغييرات على الدستور الليبي وتشكيل "حكومة انتقالية" تضم قوات المعارضة الذين يتقدمون نحو بلدات كانت خاضعة في السابق لسيطرة الموالين للمجنون.
وأضاف تمراز أن المجنون والمقربين منه يدركون أن مجنون ليبيا سيتحتم عليه في إطار أي اتفاق سلام أن يتخلى عن حكمه، وأنهم يدركون أن قيادته "وصلت إلى نهاية الخط".
ومن بين الاقتراحات الخاصة بمستقبل المجنون التي يحبذها من أجروا اتصالات مع تمراز، نفي المجنون داخليا، مع استعداد نسبة كبيرة من حاشيته لمغادرة ليبيا في إطار أي اتفاق سلام.
وأوضح تمراز أن الخطوة الأولى ستكون الاتفاق على وقف لإطلاق النار مع شكل من أشكال المراقبة الدولية، موضحا أن الغرب أو المعارضة إذا أصرا على رحيل عائلة المجنون بالكامل أو قبيلته عن ليبيا فإن ذلك لن يكون مقبولا، وهو ما يعني تواصل القتال.
ولم يتسن بعد التحقق من تأكيدات تمراز، لكن وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية أعلنت مجددا في التلفزيون الأميركي أن هناك أدلة على أن مساعدي المجنون يحاولون إيجاد سبل لإنهاء الصراع.
وقالت كلينتون "لدينا الكثير من الأدلة على أن أشخاصا حوله يتواصلون" مع المجتمع الدولي.
وكان روجر تمراز قد ذكر أن "رسائل أرسلت عبر وسطاء في النمسا وبريطانيا وفرنسا تسعى لشكل من أشكال الإنهاء السلمي للعملية العسكرية التي تدعمها الأمم المتحدة، أو خروج آمن لأفراد من دائرة القذافي".
وقال تمراز وقتها إن سيف الإسلام القذافي وعبد الله السنوسي عديل القذافي من أهم أفراد الدائرة المقربة من المجنون الذين يسعون لإيجاد سبل لإنهاء القتال.
وفي نفس السياق كانت وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية قد صرحت بأنها على علم بأن المجنون يحاول إجراء اتصال، وقالت "ليس لدي علم بأنه حاول شخصيا الاتصال، لكنني أعرف أشخاصا يحاولون الاتصال بالنيابة عنه".
وأضافت أن "هذا ما نسمعه من مصادر كثيرة، بعض هذه المحاولات مسرحية وبعضها نوع من المناورات، لكن بعضها كما نعتقد استكشافي: ما الخيارات المتاحة أمامي؟ أين يمكنني أن أذهب؟ وماذا أفعل؟ ونحن نشجع هذا".
