مساومة لتغيير أقوال إيمان العبيدي بعد تعرضها للإغتصاب من طرف كتائب مجنون ليبيا

كشفت والدة الشابة الليبية إيمان العبيدي أن مسؤولين ليبيين في باب العزيزية اتصلوا بها وطلبوا منها إقناع ابنتها بتغيير إفادتها بتعرضها للاغتصاب من لدن 15 من كتائب المجنون مقابل دفع تعويض مادي وإغراءات أخرى، من بينها توفير منزل لأسرتها.

وقالت الوالدة، وهي تبكي، إنها رفضت طلبهم وتحدثت إلى ابنتها في الهاتف وطلبت منها الصمت والثبات على أقوالها، وقد أكدت لها إيمان تشبثها بأقوالها التي تناقلتها وسائل الإعلام الدولية.

وقالت الوالدة إنها مرفوعة الرأس بما فعلته إيمان، "لأن إرادتها لم تنكسر أمام عناصر الأمن"، وناشدت شباب طرابلس التحرك لأن ابنتها اختطفت في مدينتهم وأمام الملأ.

ونفى والد إيمان صحة ما بثته إذاعة طرابلس من أن ابنته متخلفة عقلية, مؤكدا أن ابنته مختطفة وهي في كامل قواها العقلية ولا تعاني من أي تخلف عقلي أو مرض نفسي، وأظهر الوالد صورة ابنته أثناء حفل تخرجها من شعبة الحقوق، مضيفا أن إيمان تشتغل محامية وتتابع دراسات عليا في طرابلس.

ونقلت وكالة أسوشيتد برس عن الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة الليبية موسى إبراهيم أن إيمان العبيدي أطلق سراحها وهي الآن مع أختها المقيمة في طرابلس، وقالت إنه تم الاستماع إلى أربعة رجال في القضية، من بينهم ابن مسؤول ليبي كبير.

وقال موسى في حديثه إلى وكالة الأنباء المذكورة إن إيمان كانت عاهرة ورفضت الخضوع لفحص طبي، وأضافت الوكالة أن الناطق باسم الحكومة لم يكرر هذه الاتهامات خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقد في طرابلس أمس الأحد. وسبق أن صرح المتحدث نفسه في وقت سابق بأن إيمان تعاني من اضطرابات عقلية.
وكان المجلس الوطني الأنتقالي قد ناشد المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات المتخصصة في الدفاع عن حقوق النساء، إجراء تحقيق في قضية إيمان العبيدي. وطالب الناطق باسم المجلس ونيس الدرسي في مؤتمر صحفي ببنغازي بشرق البلاد، المجتمع الدولي "بتعقب الطاغية وعقابه" على ما اقترفته الكتائب الموالية له.

وقال الدرسي إن العبيدي محامية من مواليد 1988 ولها أقارب في بنغازي، وسبب وجودها في طرابلس هو دراستها في معهد القضاء. وقد شاركت العبيدي في الأيام الأولى لثورة 17 فبراير في مظاهرة سلمية بمدينة الزاوية مع أربع من زميلاتها، وعند رجوعها إلى طرابلس تم إيقافها مع زميلاتها في حاجز أمني أقامته الكتائب الأمنية على الطريق.

ولجأت العبيدي إلى أحد فنادق طرابلس لإطلاع الصحفيين على ما حدث لها وكشفت عن آثار دماء وجروح على جسدها، وأثناء حديث العبيدي رفعت إحدى خادمات الفندق سكينا في وجهها واتهمتها بالخيانة، في حين قامت خادمات أخريات بتغطية رأس العبيدي بثوب لإسكاتها.

وقد عنفت عناصر أمن النظام الليبي الصحفيين الذين حاولوا التدخل لحماية إيمان ومنع اقتيادها إلى خارج الفندق، حيث طرح صحفي أرضا وتم ركله، ووجهت لكمة إلى صحفي بريطاني، وحطم عناصر الأمن كاميرا تابعة لقناة سي أن أن، قبل أن يتم اقتياد إيمان وإدخالها في سيارة والتوجه بها إلى مكان مجهول.

وكانت إيمان العبيدي تصرخ وهم يقتادونها "انظروا إلى ما يحدث.. مليشيات القذافي تختطف النساء بالسلاح وتغتصبهن". وأجابت باللغة الإنجليزية عن سؤال لأحد مراسلي وسائل الإعلام الدولية سألها عن المكان الذي سيقتادونها إليه "لا أدري ربما إلى السجن".

42 سنة لم نسمع و لا خبرعن سمعة اي ليبية ، معززات مكرمات ، عكس سمعة بعض الدول و اليوم هكذا تدخل فتاة لنزل به صحفيين و اسماء معارضة حساسة محروس حراسة مشددة و المدينة في حالة حرب مقتحمة القاعة ، ماذا لو كانت تحمل حزاما ناسفا لكانت نسفت المعارضة كلها ...و من يدرينا . حتى و لو .هي هكذا الحرب الاهلية لا ملائكة من هنا او هناك و هذه الحرب لن تعود الا بالحقد و الكراهية بين افراد البلد الواحد و الدليل انهم اغتصبوها حسب قولها كونها بنغازية و حسب و لا ننسى ان العبيدي قبيلة من جل القبائل الليبية الاخرى المحافظة و لن تنسى ثأرها ...بسبب تشويه سمعتها . لتبدأ حرب أخرى تحت شعار الثأر لا غير حتى و لو رحل القذافي .
