السلام عليكم ورحمة الله :
في الحقيقة انا اعاني في نفسي من قلة الثقة ذلك عندما اجلس مع نفسي واحاول ان اجد اصلا لهذه المشكلة ..وجدت عدة اصول منها الطلاق.. العنف صضد امي .. ابرزها اني كنت أعاني من أمي من طفولتي حتى بداية شبابي فقد كانت تفضل اختي الاقل مني سنا دائما لجمالها وحسن كلامها وذكائها فكانت محط اهتمام زائد ابدا اما انا فقط كنت خجولة مسالمة في ذات مرة او مرتين نسيت ما أوصتني امي به الى جيراننا أطلقوا علي لقب "النساية" بلغ ذلك كل من نعرف فكانوا كلهم يزدرونني ويظهرون تفضيلهم لغيري علي فكرهتهم وكرهت أمي فقد تأثرت فعلا حتى أصبحت فعلا أنسى وتولدت لدي مشاعر أخرى اني غير مهمة..غير محبوبة..غير جميلة ..غير نافعة..الى ان تحولت مع الزمن الى انطوائية وعدوانية طاغية من الكبت وكراهية شديدة لأمي مع زيادة في رصيد الاهتمام والحب والطواعية ..سافرتا امي وأختي وبعد فرقتهماحدثت امور كثيرة اهمها اني ان انهرت نفسيا بسبب كل ما عانيته عالجت على اثرها عند طبيب نفسي الى ان تغيرت احوالي فقد تحسنت بحمد الله وتحسنت علاقتي بأمي لكن مازالت أعاني فقد الثقة بالنفس في وجود أختي عندما تزورنا مثلا ..ذلك الولاء والالم كان حائلا دون المتعة العائلية بالنسبة لي حتى مع مرور الزمن وتغير احوالي .. لست وحدي لكن احس ذلك في أخواتي الاخريات وكيف لا فنحن نعاني فقد الحنان فابي تزوج ومحانا من ذكرياته وأمي في فرنسا مع عائلتها.. أعلم حبها الكبيرلكن تلك الوحدة ..مؤلمة فعلا.. أحسست مع مرور الوقت أني متأخرة نفسيا وفكريا بسبب كل ذلك..يزداد ضعفي وقلة حيلتي..لم أعد اجد الراحة والقبول والرغبة في عملي ..في بيتي..في محاولاتي ملء فراغي بالاعمال النافعة في ديني أو دنياي يزداد همي ... اني استشيركم ليس لأن اجد ردودا تعطي نظريات في العلم او الدين فقد قرات الكثير لكن لأجد قلوبا واعية فاهمة حتى أتخطى هذه العتبة العتيقة من حياتي ..فاللهم سخرلي من يعينني على نفسي...فهل من معين؟

اولا..إستعيني بالله وتوكلي عليه
ثانيا..لا تعطي رسائل سلبية لدماغكمثل أنا ضعيفة الشخصية وأنا يائسة ونحو ذلك
ثالثا..استعيني بمن لديه الخبرة في الحياة ..أستاذا أو صديقة ..
رابعا...طالعي في مجالات الارتقاء بالذات نحو الأحسن ..

اولا واهم شيء امشي على خطى سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وتقربي من الخالق وبذلك يزول همك وحاولي الاندماج في المجتمع اكثر فذلك يكسبك ثقة بنفسك

أختي العزيزة إنصاف إني والله لمتحسر عليك كثيرا وكيف لا يتحسر الأخ على أخته ... لا أقول هذا من باب المجاملة ولا من باب تخفيف الهم
بل أقوله لكي تري كيف انت مؤثرة في نفوس الناس ...نعم انت كذلك لا تجعلي من نفسيك بئيسة وتعيسة ودون أهمية بل فكري دائما في الوجه الآخر للحياة ... الوجه الإيجابي الذي يمسك بيدكي ويأخذك إلى ضفاف النجاة من الوحدة والعزلة وكره الذات
وعلى ذكر الكره إحترت لما قلتي (كرهت أمي) إستعيذي بالله أختاه فهل لأحد منا أن يكره من أفنت شهورا وليالي في الحمل والوضع والرضاعة من اجلنا ..... أعلم أن أي واحد منا قد يغار من كيفية تعامل الأبوي مع الإخوة وتفضيلهم نوعا ما لكن أن يصل الأمر إلى حد الكره فلا يا أختاه .....كل هذه الأفكار السلبية هي التي تؤثر في نفسيتكي
صدقيني فكري بقليل من الإيجابية ولا تجعلي من نفسكي منقوصة الشأن
إنخرطي في المجتمع فهذا سيفيدك ويساعدك على الخروج من حالتك هذه
وأهم شيء كلمينا... راسلينا ...حاورينا أختاه علنا نزيح عنك قليلا من اليأس والإنطواء
صدقيني سأكون مسرورا إن شاركناك عبئكي هذا فليس للأخ إلا أخاه
ودمتي في تمام الصحة والعافية إنصاف

صحيح إن مثل ظروفك قد تدفع بالمرء الى فقدان ثقته بنفسه ومع أن ظروفك ليست بالقساوة الموصلة الى هذه الحالة المتقدمة التعقيد.
بل على العكس ،فمثل ظروفك دفعت بالبعض الى تحديها وجعلها حافزها الأول لإثبات عكس منطقية محصلاتها .
أنا متأكد أنك لو بحثت في ذاتك بعيدا عن المقارنة بأختك لوجدت فيها ما يشفي غليلها ويفك أسرها الصبياني .

أختي ما مر بك شيئ هين ,لا يستحق كل ما كتبته ولا يعني انك فاقدة الثقة بالنفس . بدليل انك جريئة لدرجة أعترافك ببعض الخصال والصفات التي ترينها غير مرغوب فيها . الأم هي المخلوق الوحيد الذي لايستطيع ان يفرق بين فلذات كبدها مهما أختلفت خصالهم وصفاتهم ... لكن الشيئ المؤلم هو ان تتركي نفسك تنهار وتتعثر مرة ومرات حتى تمكنت من نفسك بعض الهواجس التي عزلتك عن كل أحبتك وان دورك كفرد في أسرة مازال قائم وكمخلوق وجبت عليه عبادة خالقه بأحسن ما يكون

كوني قوية بفضل إنسانيتك أولا
كوني جميلة بفضل خصالك الطيبة وإن قلت
حافظي على أنوثتك لتجددي جمال نفسك ومظهرك

وتأكدي ان لنفسنا حق على رب العباد يحاسبنا عليها
حاولي ان تحبي الناس في الله فيزيدك الله حب عباده لك

من خلقك لن يضيعك
لست جميلة؟؟؟؟اتساءل فعلا اين هي الفتاة الجميلة في هذا العالم؟صدقيني اختي ان بعض الاهتمام فقط سيجعلك ملكة جمال تحسدين على جمالك
ان لم تجدي الاهتمام في اسرتك فابحثي عنه خارجها في منتديات دينية ثقافي من خلال التعرف على الكثير من الصديقات
ومن افضل الحلول ان تتناسي مشكلتك وتبدئي في الاستماع لمشاكل الاخرين وتحاولين مساعدتهم قدر المستطاع استمعي لاكبر عدد ممكن من المشاكل وساعدي باقصى قوتك ومعرفتك وسترين الفرق الذي سيحدث
غيري من افكارك السلبية باخرى ايجابية استمتعي بالحياة قدر المستطاع اخرجي وتسوقي ودللي نفسك اشتري لها ما لذ وطاب من طعام وكل جميل من الثياب وقومي برحلات استكشافية الى مناطق جميلة واكثري من قراءة الكتب واملئي وقتك بكل ماهو مفيد وحاولي الاندماج مع جماعات (يجب ان تكون اخلاقها عالية ومتدينة ) ورافقي الطيبات المتدينات وتقربي اكثر فاكثر فاكثر من خالقك بالصلاة والدعاء والصيام والقران وان استطعت اقصدي المساجد واسالي عن الفقراء وتصدقي لهم
اختي لا اظنك في حاجة لقراءة كل ما كتبت بل انت في حاجة الى شخص يكون بجانبك دائما وينصحك في كل خطوة تقومين بها تحكين له سرك ويغمرك هو بالحنان والعاطفة فما حصل لك هو نتيجة فقدانك للحنان لذلك حاولي تعويضه الان بصديقات والتقرب من الله
