وثيقة عبرية تورط إسرائيل في دعم مجنون ليبيا بالمرتزقة

كشف تقرير حقوقي سيصدر قريبا جدا عن اللجنة العربية لحقوق الإنسان، المتواجدة في باريس، أن عدة فئات من مرتزقة المجنون، انسحبوا من القوات الليبية، وأكدوا أنهم لم يكونوا يعلمون بأن مجنون ليبيا سيستعملهم ضد شعبه، حيث تم ضبط وثيقة بالعبرية لدى أحد المرتزقة الأفارقة، ‬قال ‬إن ‬مكتبا ‬إسرائيليا ‬في ‬تشاد ‬هو ‬من ‬سلمهم ‬عقود ‬عمل ‬في ‬ليبيا.‬
وأشارت الدكتورة، فيوليت داغر، رئيسة اللجنة العربية لحقوق الإنسان، إلى أن أعضاء اللجنة الموفدة إلى ليبيا، لم تتمكن من فهم مضمون الوثيقة، لأنها مكتوبة بالعبرية، لكنها أوضحت أن هذه الوثيقة تثبت صحة المعلومات التي تحدثت عن دفع مجنون ليبيا لخمسة ملايين دولار لمكتب إسرائيلي في تشاد، من أجل تجنيد عشرات الآلاف من الأفارقة في الجيش الليبي، مقابل أن تحصل إسرائيل على امتيازات في عقود النفط بليبيا، بعد الانتهاء من الثوار.
وقالت فيوليت داغر إن لجنة التحقيق التي أرسلوها مؤخرا إلى ليبيا لتقصي الحقائق، بشأن الخروقات الإنسانية "كانت الوحيدة التي قابلت مرتزقة أفارقة وأوروبيين، وحتى عربا، بإذن من أربع مدعيات عامات في القضاء الليبي بمدينة بنغازي المحررة"، مشيرة إلى أن المرتزقة الذين ‬تمت ‬مقابلتهم ‬ينتمون ‬إلى ‬11 ‬جنسية ‬أغلبهم ‬من ‬تشاد، ‬وبدرجة ‬أقل ‬من ‬النيجر ‬ومالي ‬وأكرانيا ‬ويوغسلافيا ‬(‬سابقا)‬ ‬وسوريا، ‬لكنها ‬لم ‬تؤكد ‬وجود ‬إسرائيليين ‬أو ‬يهود ‬ضمن ‬فرق ‬المرتزقة.‬
وقسمت التحقيقات التي أجراها موفدو اللجنة العربية لحقوق الإنسان المرتزقة إلى ثلاث فئات، الفئة الأولى أكدوا أن رجال المجنون خدعوهم، وقالوا لهم إنهم سيحاربون تنظيم القاعدة الذي يتزعمه الملياردير السعودي أسامة بن لادن، أما القسم الثاني فأوضحوا أنهم جاءوا إلى ليبيا ‬في ‬إطار ‬عقود ‬عمل، ‬ولم ‬يكونوا ‬يعلمون ‬أنهم ‬سيقاتلون ‬الشعب ‬الليبي، ‬إلا ‬أن ‬القسم ‬الثالث ‬كان ‬يعرف ‬جيدا ‬لماذا ‬جاء ‬إلى ‬ليبيا ‬حسب ‬فيوليت ‬داغر. ‬
