إستدلالهم بقصة تروى عن أحمد بن نصر الخزاعي


الشبهة الرابعة :


زعمهم بأن تحيكم القوانين كفر أكبر مخرج من الملة بالإجماع ولو بدون استحلال


الشبهة الخامسة:


زعمهم بأنه لا يوجد عالم ألبتة أعتبر تحكيم القوانين كفر أصغر إلا بالإستحلال


الشبهة السادسة:


قولهم"سلمنا لكم بوجوب الإستحلال في التكفير ولكن حكامنا اليوم إستحلوا ما فعلوه بدليل أنهم شرعوا هذه القوانين وحكموا بها بين الناس"


الشبهة السابعة:


إستدلالهم ببعض أقوال أهل العلم الذين اعتبروا تحكيم القوانين كفر أكبر

تكفيرهم الحكام بدعوى أنهم طواغيت !

الشبهة الرابعة عشر:


إستدلالهم بمقولة(ومن لم يلتزم هذا فهو كافر)


الشبهة الخامسة عشر:


إستدلالهم بقوله تعالى { فَلاَ وَرَبِّكَ لاَ يُؤمِنُونَ حَتَى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيْمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجَاً مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيماً}،


الشبهة السادسة عشر:


إستدلالهم بقوله تعالى { وَإِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَآئِهِمْ لِيُجَادِلُوكُمْ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ}


الشبهة السابعة عشر:


إستدلالهم بقوله تعالى { أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَاء شَرَعُوا لَهُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَن بِهِ اللَّهُ}


الشبهة الثامنة العشر:


إستدلالهم بقوله تعالى{أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُواْ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُواْ إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُواْ أَن يَكْفُرُواْ بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَن يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيداً}


الشبهة التاسعة عشر:


إستدلالهم بقوله تعالى(ولا يشرك في حكمه أحدا).


الشبهة العشرون:


إستدلالهم بقوله تعالى( وما اختلفتم فيه من شيءٍ فحكمه إلى الله)


الشبهة الثانية والعشرون :


إستدلالهم بسبب نزول قوله تعالى ( أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ )



الشبهة الثانية والعشرون :




إستدلالهم بسبب نزول قوله تعالى ( أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ )






الشبهة الثالثة والعشرون:


استدلالهم بقوله تعالى(ومن لم يحكم بما أنزل الله فأولائك هم الكافرون)



الشبهةالرابعة والعشرون


:إستدلالهم بقوله تعالى{إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا التَّوْرَاةَ فِيهَا هُدًى وَنُورٌ يَحْكُمُ بِهَا النَّبِيُّونَ الَّذِينَ أَسْلَمُواْ لِلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَالرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالأَحْبَارُ بِمَا اسْتُحْفِظُواْ مِن كِتَابِ اللّهِ وَكَانُواْ عَلَيْهِ شُهَدَاء فَلاَ تَخْشَوُاْ النَّاسَ وَاخْشَوْنِ وَلاَ تَشْتَرُواْ بِآيَاتِي ثَمَناً قَلِيلاً وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ}

إستدلالهم بقصة الرجل الذي نكح زوجة أبيه


الشبهة السابعة والعشرون:


إستدلالهم بمقاتلة الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم لمانعي الزكاة

تفرقتهم بين الحكم في الواقعة(المسألة) وبين الحكم في التشريع العام.
