ممنوعات بعد الأكل


1. لا ترخي حزام السروال بعد الأكل: لأن ذلك يتسبب في إلتواء
الأمعاء وعسر الهضم.



2. لا تشرب الشاي بعد الأكل: تحتوي أوراق الشاي على نسبة
عالية من الحمض. وهذه المادة ستأثر على البروتين المتواجد في
الأطعمة التي نستهلكها وتجعلها جافة وعسيرة الهضم.


3. لا تأكل الفواكه بعد الأكل: تسبب الفواكه إنتـفاخ البطن ، ويفضل
تناولها بعد ساعة إلى ساعتين أو قبل ساعة من الأكل.


4. لا تسبح بعد الأكل: تسبب السباحة بعد الأكل إرتفاع تدفق الدم
لليدين، الأرجل وتقلل تدفق الدم إلى مناطق كثيرة من الجسم خاصة
منطقة البطن مما ينعكس سلبا ً على الجهاز الهضمي.


5. لا تمشي بعد الأكل: يعتقد الكثيرون بأن المشي بعد الأكل يزيد
العمر ويساعد على الهضم ، ولكن هذا غير حقيقي ، لأن المشي
يعيق عمل الجهاز الهضمي.


6. لا تذهب للنوم بعد الأكل مباشرة: لأن ذلك سيعطل إكمال عملية
هضم الطعام بشكل جيد ، والنتيجة الإصابة بعدوى معوية
أو إلتهاب معوي .


7. لا تدخن بعد الأكل : " سيجارة واحدة بعد الأكل تعادل تدخين
عشر سجائر في الأوقات الأخرى " ، لذلك نسبة الإصابة
بالسرطان أكثر في حالة التدخين بعد الأكل مباشرة.
