نيكاراغوا تمثل ليبيا بالأمم المتحدة

أعلنت حكومة نيكاراغوا أن ميغيل ديسكوتو بروكمان وهو مستشار للرئيس دانيال أورتيغا ووزير خارجية سابق، سيتولى تمثيل ليبيا في الأمم المتحدة بعد استقالة مندوبها عبد الرحمن شلقم، وفشل علي عبد السلام التريكي في الحصول على تأشيرة دخول للولايات المتحدة.
وقالت نيكاراغوا التي كان رئيسها أورتيغا خصما للولايات المتحدة إبّان الحرب الباردة، إنها بعثت برسالة إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة لإبلاغه بالقرار، مشيرة إلى أن بروكمان طار بالفعل إلى مقر الأمم المتحدة في مدينة نيويورك الأميركية "لدعم إخوتنا الليبيين في معركتهم الدبلوماسية لفرض الاحترام لسيادة ليبيا".
من جانبها قالت روزاريو مورييو زوجة أورتيغا والناطقة باسمه إن مجنون ليبيا اتخذ هذا القرار "لأنه على قناعة بأن الولايات المتحدة لن تمنح التريكي الذي تم تعيينه خلفا لشلقم تأشيرة دخول إلى الولايات المتحدة".
وكان متحدث باسم الخارجية الأميركية قال قبل أيام إنه لا يمتلك معلومات عن تأشيرة الدخول هذه، موضحا أن العلاقات مع السفارة الليبية في الولايات المتحدة تم تجميدها.
وكان مقعد ليبيا في الأمم المتحدة أصبح شاغرا بعدما قرر شلقم الانشقاق عن نظام المجنون بسبب قمعه للثوار .
