مظاهرات باللاذقية تلت كلمة الأسد

تظاهر الأربعاء مئات الأشخاص في مدينة اللذقية شمال غرب سوريا مرددين هتافات تطالب بالحرية، وذلك عقب كلمة للرئيس السوري أكد فيها أن بلاده هدفٌ "لمؤامرة"، معتبرا أن بعض المتظاهرين تعرضوا لخداع من "قلة متآمرة" خلطت بين الفتنة والإصلاح والحاجات اليومية.
وقال شهود عيان إنهم سمعوا أعيرة نارية في منطقة الصليبة التي شهدت مظاهرة من بين مظاهرتين على الأقل نظمتا في المدينة تصدت لهما قوات الأمن.
كما نقلت وكالة أسوشيتد برس عن شهود عيان أن قوات الأمن السورية أطلقت النار على المتظاهرين في مدينة اللاذقية.
واعترف الأسد في أول كلمة علنية له منذ اندلاع الاحتجاجات في جنوب سوريا وامتدادها لوسط البلاد والمناطق الساحلية ألقاها أمام البرلمان، بأن الإصلاح تأخر لكن سوريا ستبدأ الآن، موضحا "نريد أن نسرع ولا نتسرع".
ولم يعلن الرئيس السوري إلغاء العمل بقانون الطوارئ المعمول به منذ 1963.

وأقر الأسد بأن كلمته تأخرت كثيرا عمدا حتى تتضح الصورة من الأحداث في المنطقة.
وأضاف أن "ما طرح يوم الخميس هو ليس قرارات.. القرار لا يقرر مرتين.. القرار يقرر مرة واحدة، وهذه هي قرارات المؤتمر القطري في عام 2005 لماذا أعدنا طرحها يوم الخميس؟ لسببين.. الأول له علاقة بالأزمة، والثاني ليس له علاقة بها". وكان يشير إلى ما أعلنته مستشارته الإعلامية والسياسية بثينة شعبان الخميس الماضي.
وقال الأسد أيضا إنه ليس كل من خرج للمظاهرات متآمر بل الغالبية خرجت بشكل عفوي وحركتها أقلية متآمرة.
ودعا السوريين إلى عدم الغضب مما قامت به بعض الفضائيات "لأنهم يقعون دائماً بنفس الفخ هم يحاولون التشويش علينا وعلى الشعب السوري.. فالحقيقة أنهم يعتمدون مبدأ اكذب اكذب حتى تصدق فيصدقون الكذبة ويقعون في الفخ".
وقال الأسد إنه كانت هناك تعليمات بمنع جرح أي مواطن خلال الاحتجاجات، وكان هناك حرص على عدم إراقة دماء، وخلص إلى أنه سيتم التحقيق والمحاسبة في ما يتعلق بإراقة الدماء، معربا عن أسفه لسفك هذه الدماء وأنه سيعمل بأقصى سرعة للملمة الجراح ورأب الصدع.

وفي أول رد أمريكي قال المتحدث باسم الخارجية مارك تونر للصحفيين في واشنطن إن خطاب الرئيس السوري الأربعاء يفتقر إلى المحتوى، ووصفه بأنه دون التطلعات الإصلاحية التي يريدها الشعب السوري.
في المقابل وصف المتحدث باسم اللجنة العربية لحقوق الإنسان هيثم مناع خطاب الأسد بالمخيب للآمال. وقال مناع إنّه كان يتوقّع أن يسمع خطابًا يتضمن إصلاحات لا دراسات ومناقشات لحزب البعث.
وتأسف مناع كيف تجاهل الأسد الحديث عن الشباب الذين سقطوا في درعا، وقال "لم يقف دقيقة صمت على أرواح الشهداء ولم يذكرهم ويترحم عليهم".
وذكر مناع أنه تلقى اتصالاُ من جريح في مظاهرات درعا قال له "عشت أربعة أيام حرية أثناء المظاهرات ولن أعود للعبودية".
بدوره اعتبر الناشط السوري من أجل الحقوق المدنية هيثم المالح أن خطاب الأسد خيّب الآمال في الإصلاح السياسي وينذر بمواصلة قمع التحركات الاحتجاجية في هذا البلد.
وقال المالح لوكالة فرانس برس إن الأسد "لم يقل شيئا، سبق أن سمعنا هذا الخطاب، يقولون دائما إن هناك حاجة إلى التغيير والقيام بشيء ما، لكن الواقع أنه لا يحصل أي شيء". وأبدى المالح أسفه قائلا "كان الجميع ينتظر ما سيقول، ما سيفعل، لكن.. لا شيء".
وأضاف أن "الحكومة غير مستعدة لمنحنا حقوقنا"، معتبرا أن الرئيس "لم يقم بشيء منذ 11 عاما"، في إشارة إلى عهد بشار الذي وصل إلى السلطة عام 2000 خلفا لوالده حافظ الأسد.
وقد اعتقل المالح في أكتوبر2009 وأطلق سراحه الأسبوع الماضي.
