وزير الخارجية الليبي يغادر عبر تونس إلى لندن وسط أنباء عن تصدع فريق المجنون

قالت وكالة الأنباء التونسية الرسمية أن وزير الخارجية الليبي موسى كوسا غادر مطار جربة التونسي متوجها الى لندن بعد ظهر الاربعاء30-3-2011.وذلك بعد يوم من احتضان العاصمة البريطانية مؤتمر دولي عن الوضع في ليبيا عرض على المجنون وعائلته خيار المنفى.

ولم تذكر الوكالة اسباب زيارة كوسا إلى تونس اصلا. وكانت أشارت يوم الاثنين الماضي الى انه عبر الحدود الى تونس من ليبيا.

وفي تعقيب رسمي ، قال متحدث باسم الحكومة الليبية إن وزير الخارجية يقوم بمهمة دبلوماسية ولم ينشق.

ويعتبر كوسا من العناصر الرئيسة في فريق مجنون ليبيا وقام بدور أساسي في صياغة التحول في سياسة ليبيا الخارجية الذي أعاد البلاد الى صفوف المجتمع الدولي بعد ان ظلت سنوات خاضعة لعقوبات دولية.

وكانت مواقع الكترونية تابعة للمعارضة الليبية ذكرت قبل اسبوعين ان خلافا ً حصل بين المعتصم القذافي نجل مجنون ليبيا وموسى كوسا إنتهى بإعتداء المعتصم على وزير الخارجية بالضرب وخروج هذا الأخير غاضبا وهدد بالاسقالة.

وبدأ كوسا مساره في دواليب الدولة بتوليه أمن السفارات الليبية في شمال أوروبا. ثم تعيينه عام 1980 سفيرا لليبيا في لندن، قبل ان تطرده الحكومة البريطانية في نفس العام ، بعدما وردت أنباء عن قيامه بأنشطة ضد معارضين ليبيين على الأراضي البريطانية وفي أوروبا.

ومن1992 وحتى 1994 تولى كوسا منصب نائب وزير الخارجية ،ثم قائدا لجهاز الاستخبارات الليبية، المعروف باسم جهاز الأمن الخارجي لمدة 15 سنة حتى تم تعيينه وزيراً للخارجية في تعديل وزاري في مارس 2009 .
