يارجل ما دمت تتبنى المنهج السلفي فأين أنت من قاعدة لا يجوز الخروج على الحكام مهما أظهرو من فساد وبالأخص إذا كان الخروج عليهم يسبب مفسدة أعظم كما هو الحال في الدول العربية الآن ثم يوم محنة الإمام أحمد هل أمر الناس بالخروج على حاكمهم رغم قوله في القرآن ما قال...؟؟؟

أخي العزيز إن مايحدث في ليبيا من قتل وبشاعة وإبادة جماعية للشعب الليبي جريمة ضد الإنسانية لا يمكن أن تمر مرور الكرام وخاصة إذا ما انتهكت أعراض نساء المسلمين وتم اغتصابهن فقلي بربك فهل من هذا نظام يبيح اغتصاب نساء المسلمين وتقتيل أبنائهم وتركه دون محاسبة وعقاب يعني نترك القاتل يقتل ويغتصب نساء المسلمين ولما نأمر بحسابه وإقامة الحد عليه يعتبر تحريضا على الخروج جرب المنطق عليك وجاوبني ؟

قد أستقبلنا مكلمة هاتفية من الشباب الثوار في طرابلس يسألون عن حكم الخروج في لليبيا فقمنا بلإتصال بالجنة الإفتاء في السعودية فكانت الفتوة كا التالي أفتى الشيخان محمد الصالح والشيخ عبدالرحمن ناصر البراك متكلمين عن مجلس الافتاء أنه لا يجوز شرعا مناصرة القدافي ولا نظامه والخروج ...عليه واجب شرعا الآن،، فتوى منقولة


وقد وجه الشيخ عبدالرحمن البراك رسالة إلى أهل ليبيا ذكر أن ما يجري على أرض ليبيا مصاب جلل يوجب على المسلمين أن يتعاونوا

حقنا لدماء الأبرياء .

ووصف الشيخ البراك الرئيس القذافي بالأحمق في تصرفاته السياسية في بلده وخارج بلده مع ما عرف عنه من الأقوال ألكفريه . وذكر

الشيخ أنه لا كرامه له ولا حرمة له وأنه لا يعد حاكما شرعيا وذكر أن المانع من الفتوى بالخروج عليه قبل هو عدم القدرة على ذلك وقال

الشيخ : لما اشتعلت النار بين الشعب والحكومة وعلى رأسها هذا الظالم السفيه الأحمق فيجب على المسلمين في ليبيا أن يكونوا صفا واحدا

في وجه هذا الظالم ولا يحل لأحد من العاملين في قطاع الأمن أن ينصروه على إخوانهم .
