مفاوضات سرية بين ساركوزي ومجنون ليبيا في تونس

أجرى وزير الخارجية الليبي، موسى كوسا، الموصوف بكونه أقرب المقربين من مجنون ليبيا، الثلاثاء،لقاء سريا مع مسؤولين فرنسيين، على الأراضي التونسية.
وحسب ما نقلته وكالة الأنباء الألمانية، أمس، نقلا عن مصدر وصفته بالمطلع، فإن موسى كوسا الذي كان متواجدا بتونس، قبل أن يغادرها ليلة الثلاثاء الماضي، التقى مسؤولين فرنسيين في لقاء سري بعيدا عن الأضواء، جرى عقده في أحد الفنادق السياحية في جزيرة جربة التونسية.
وإن لم تقدم وكالة الأنباء الألمانية المزيد من التفاصيل عن اللقاء السري، إلا أنها نقلت عن مصدرها الذي لم تذكره بالاسم، أن موسى كوسا الذي شغل منصب مدير جهاز المخابرات الليبية لمدة 15 سنة قبل أن يتم تحويله لمنصب وزير الخارجية، أجرى محادثات مع مسؤولين فرنسيين فيما يتعلق بالأزمة الليبية الراهنة. وحسب نفس المصدر، فإن وزير خارجية المجنون أمضى يومين كاملين في تونس، حيث دخل التراب التونسي يوم الاثنين الماضي، عبر معبر رأس جدير الحدودي، قبل أن يعود إلى بلاده عبر نفس المعبر ليلة الثلاثاء.
وكانت السلطات التونسية قد أعلنت في وقت سابق عن دخول موسى كوسا إلى أراضيها، حيث قالت وزارة الخارجية التونسية في بيان أصدرته يوم الاثنين، أن كوسا دخل تونس في ''زيارة خاصة''، مضيفة أن تلك الزيارة ''لا تندرج في إطار اتصالات رسمية مع الحكومة المؤقتة في تونس''. يذكر أن وزير خارجية ليبيا موسى كوسا غير معني بعقوبات مجلس الأمن الدولي، حيث لم يدرج اسمه على لائحة الشخصيات الليبية الممنوعة من السفر بمقتضى قرار صادر عن منظمة الأمم المتحدة. وجاءت هذه المعطيات المستجدة، تزامنا مع انتقادات حادة وجهها الثوار في ليبيا، أمس، لقوات التحالف الدولي الناشطة في ليبيا تحت غطاء حلف الناتو، عندما اتهموها بالتماطل والتقاعس عن قصف قوات وكتائب المجنون في عدد من المناطق اليبية على مدار الساعات الماضية، حيث قال الثوار أن سبب تراجعهم ميدانيا في ساحات المعارك الجارية، كان مرده تراجع الدعم والغطاء الجوي الذي كانت توفره طائرات حلف الناتو، مضيفين أن الطائرات الغربية تركت كتائب وقوات المجنون تتقدم بحرية في مناطق بضواحي سرت ورأس لانوف، محرزة انتصارا ميدانيا على حساب الثوار.
وأدت تلك الانتقادات إلى بروز تعاليق وتحليلات قالت في مجملها أن قوات الناتو تريد من وراء انخراطها في لعبة خفية إطالة أمد الحرب في ليبيا لتحقيق أهداف سياسية ومكاسب استراتيجية بعيدا عن الأهداف المعلن عنها. وكانت قوات المجنون، قد واصلت طيلة يوم أمس تقدمها الميداني في مواجهة الثوار تحت غطاء من الصواريخ ونيران المدفعية، مما ساهم في استعادة سيطرتها على مدينة رأس لانوف النفطية، وجعلها تواصل التقدم صوب مدينة البريقة، في حين تراجع الثوار وتمركزوا في منطقة إجدابيا.
