السلام عليكم و رحمة الله وبركاته

منذ لحظات فقط رد و زير الشؤون الدينية في المجلس الشعبي الوطني عن سؤال
متعلق بهدم مسجد أغريب و موقف الوزارة مما حدث...
بصراحة لم أكن أنتظر من الوزير اتهام الأطراف المتورطة في الحادثة مباشرة...
و لكن ما لم يخطر ببالي أبدا هو أن يقدم على اتهام طرفين أو طائفتين كما سماهما دون غيرهما بالتسبب في الحادثة و هما اللجنة الدينية التي ذكرها صراحة و الجماعة المستوردة للفتاوى الخارجية و نعلم جميعا أنه يقصد السلفيين ... و أصر على أن صراع حول مشروعية بناء مسجد فوق المقبرة هو السبب فيما حصل..
من يسمع رد الوزير سيخيل إليه مباشرة أنه وزير الrcd في الحكومة..
فهل يمكن لعاقل تصديق أو فهم ما قاله غلام الشؤون الدنيوية؟؟؟

اتعس وزارة هي وزارة الشؤون الدينيه التي من المفروض ان تكون اقوى وزارة ،للاسف فيها عدد فائض من الموظفين ،المسابقات فيها تحت الطاوله ،اتفاقياتها من اجل اعاده الاعتبار للمسجد مع الوزارات الاخرى بقيت حبر على ورق ،لا ادري الى اين سنذهب مع الغلام ؟

لا يعرفون من عقيدة البراء إلا السلفيين وأنهم أهل سوء وفتاويهم تأتي من الخارج وكأن الإسلام نشأ في الجزائر ، مع أن السلفيين دعوتهم واضحة جدا ، جدا ، نبذ الشرك وأهله ونبذ البدع وأهلها وكل هذا من أصول الإسلام ، ومن متقضى لا إله إلا الله ، محمد رسول الله

من يلخص لنا بسرعة من فضلكم قضية المسجد بكل موضوعية.

ما أعرفه أنه خلاف حول مكان البناء أدى إلى حرق المسجد أو مشروع بناء المسجد "الهيكل الأولي".

أما مسألة بناء المساجد فوق تراب المقابر فقد فصل فيها الفقهاء من قرون و هناك تقريبا إجماع على عدم الجواز لحرمة المقبرة و صديد الموتى من حيث طهارة المكان. و الفقه المالكي واضح بأن القبر حبس صاحبه. و لا يكون الجواز إلا إذا اختفت آثار الموتى و عضامهم و لكن يحذر من صديدهم.

فإن كانت هناك فعلا مقبرة فوجب تغيير مكان البناء بطريقة متحضرة بدل اللجوء لعملية الحرق هذه و كان على الوزارة التدخل بسرعة البرق لإخماد هذه الفتنة.

أما هذا الوزير ... فلله في خلقه شؤون ...
