في الثلاثي الأخير من السنة المنصرمة، زار وزير الصحة ولاية البليدة، ووعد آنذاك بتنصيب مدير جديد للمركز الاستتشفائي الجامعي فرانتز فانون ''في غضون أسبوع على أقصى تقدير''. لكن لحد الآن لم يتم تنصيب المدير الجديد، مثلما وعد جمال ولد عباس، وكأن الأسبوع عند الوزير أطول بكثير من أسبوع بقية الجزائريين، وهو بعدة أشهر وليس بسبعة أيام.


اضطر شابان من غرداية للتسول من أجل ضمان مصاريف العودة من تيارت إلى مدينتهما، وذلك بسبب أزمة انعدام السيولة النقدية في مكاتب ''بريد الجزائر''. وقضى الشابان ليلتين في العراء للسبب المذكور، ولم يتمكنا من الانطلاق من تيارت إلا بعد أن جاد عليها أهل الإحسان بثمن تذكرتي الحافلة.


أجهض شباب حي ليكوتاك، ببلدية الذرعان في ولاية الطارف، في ساعة متأخرة من الليل، عملية نقل وتحويل حاوية لتجميع القمامة بحيهم، على شاحنة تابعة لذات البلدية، لتتدخل دورية ليلية للشرطة، وتحسم الأمر لفائدة الشباب، الذين حاصروا الشاحنة وهددوا بحرقها. وكشف شباب الحي بأن 4 حاويات مماثلة بنفس الحي اختفت من أماكنها، في ظرف شهر. وفند رئيس البلدية رحموني محمد الصالح صدور أي أوامر من قبله، أو من قبل أعوانه، لنقل وتحويل حاوية القمامة من مكانها، فهل هي عصابة لسرقة حاويات تجميع القمامة؟
