المخابرات البريطانية ساعدت موسى كوسا على الهروب من ليبيا

قالت مجلة دير شبيغل الألمانية إن العواصم الغربية احتفلت يوم الخميس بهروب وزير الخارجية الليبي موسى كوسا إلى لندن باعتباره نصرا وضربة قاصمة لنظام مجنون ليبيا ومؤشرا على انهيار نظامه من الداخل.
وأضافت المجلة "يتوقع الغرب أن يحصل من كوسا الولي الحميم السابق للمجنون على معلومات ثمينة بشأن النظام الليبي، غير أن السؤالين اللذين يطرحان نفسيهما هما ما هو الثمن الذي سيسدده الغرب مقابل ما سيحصل عليه من معلومات؟، وهل سيمنح الاتحاد الأوروبي حق اللجوء السياسي فوق أراضيه لشخص متهم بارتكاب مجازر قتل جماعي؟".
وأشارت الأسبوعية الألمانية إلى أن هروب كوسا مثل هزيمة نفسية للمجنون ومس نظامه في عصب حساس، ونقلت عن دوائر في المعارضة الليبية قولها إن "العقيد أصيب بنوبة هياج وغضب عندما بلغه نبأ هروب وزير خارجيته، وكلف رئيس استخباراته أبو زيد عمر دوردة بالبحث عن مكان وجود كوسا بلندن وتصفيته هناك".
واعتبرت دير شبيغيل أن كوسا -البالغ 61 عاما من العمر- يمثل مصدرا لمعلومات قيمة بشأن النظام الليبي يتمنى الغرب الحصول عليها، موضحة أن كوسا ظل ثلاثين عاما من أخلص المقربين للمجنون وكاتم معظم أسراره، وعمل من عام 1994 إلى 2009 رئيسا للاستخبارات الليبية ثم أصبح وزيرا للخارجية.
ونوهت المجلة إلى أن الحلفاء الغربيين ينتظرون الحصول من الوزير الليبي الهارب على تفصيلات مباشرة لمواضيع مهمة، كالأجواء الحالية السائدة في معسكر المجنون، ومحرضي المجنون على مواصلة نهجه الحالي، والمشككين في جدوى استمرار هذا النهج، ونقاط الضعف في الجيش الليبي بعد هجمات التحالف الدولي عليه.
وأضافت المجلة "كل هذا يمكن لكوسا الإجابة عنه باستفاضة، غير أن السؤال هو: ما الذي سيسدده الغرب لهذا الشخص مقابل معلوماته؟
وذكرت دير شبيغيل أن الأوضاع المحيطة بهروب وزير خارجية ليبيا لم يتضح منها إلا سفره يوم الاثنين الماضي لأسباب خاصة إلى تونس ثم مغادرته منها إلى لندن يوم الأربعاء.
وأشارت إلى أن كوسا حط في مطار فان برو وهو مطار صغير يقع جنوب غربي لندن ومخصص للطائرات الخاصة وليس لخطوط الطيران العادية.
ونقلت المجلة الألمانية عن صحيفة الغارديان البريطانية تأكيدها وصول الوزير الهارب على متن طائرة صغيرة وضعتها تحت تصرفه الاستخبارات البريطانية.
وقالت دير شبيغيل "على الرغم من عدم تأكيد السلطات البريطانية لهذه المعلومات، فإن الثابت هو ارتباط موسى كوسا بعلاقات مميزة مع جهاز الاستخبارات البريطاني أم أي 6".
وذكرت أنه ليس متصورا خروج كوسا من بلاده دون مساعدة استخبارية غربية، ونسبت للخبير بمجلة جينيس للشؤون الدفاعية ديفد هارتويل قوله إن كوسا بوصفه رئيسا سابقا للاستخبارات احتفظ طويلا بعلاقات مميزة مع أم أي 6.

ونوهت إلى أن وزير الخارجية البريطاني وليم هيج اتصل بكوسا مرات عديدة آخرها يوم الجمعة الماضي، واستمع منه بشكل غير مباشر إلى رغبته في التخلي عن نظام المجنون.
واعتبرت الأسبوعية الألمانية أن سعي كوسا بعد وصوله إلى لندن للحصول على حق اللجوء السياسي من شأنه أن يضع الحكومة البريطانية في موقف حرج لما ستمنحه لكوسا مقابل معلوماته.
وقالت على الرغم من نفي رئيس الوزراء البريطاني ديفد كاميرون منح كوسا حصانة ضد الملاحقة القانونية، فإن أسلوب حديثه ترك الباب مفتوحا أمام صفقة مع الوزير الليبي المنشق.
ونوهت إلى أن المعارضة الإنجليزية بدأت فعلا توجيه سهامها ضد "المعاملة المميزة" لكوسا، ووصف نائبان في حزب المحافظين أي صفقة تتم مع كوسا بأنها غير أخلاقية.
وقالت المجلة الألمانية إن البريطانيين لن يضعوا الأصفاد في أيدي وزير الخارجية الليبي السابق، لأن معاملة بهذا الشكل لن تشجع على هروب المزيد من المحيطين بالمجنون.
واعتبرت أن فرار كوسا عكس نجاح خطة رئيس المحكمة الجنائية الدولية مورينو أوكا مبو بفتح تحقيقات ضد المحيطين بالمجنون بهدف زيادة الانقسام والتصدع داخل النظام الليبي، وأشارت إلى أن هذه التحقيقات لن تشمل كوسا ووزير الدفاع أبوبكر يونس.
