ويظن بعض الناس أنَّه يحل له الكذب إذا كان مازحًا ، وهو العذر الذي يتعذرون به في كذبهم في أول
" نيسان " أو في غيره من الأيام ، وهذا خطأ ، ولا أصل لذلك في الشرع المطهّر ، والكذب حرام مازحا كان صاحبه أو جادّا .
الكذب في المزاح حرام كالكذب في غيره .

•.:.عن ابن عمر قال : قال صلى الله عليه وسلم :
«إني لَأَمزح ولا أقول إلا حقّا »
رواه الطبراني وصححه الشيخ الألباني رحمه الله في " صحيح الجامع ".
‏​•.:.عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى قال :
حدّثنا أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم..
إنَّهم كانوا يسيرون مع رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- في مسير فنام رجل منهم فانطلق بعضهم إلى نبل معه فأخذها،
فلما استيقظ الرجل: فزع !!
فضحك القوم! فقال : ما يضحككم؟؟
فقالوا: لا! إلا أنَّا أخذنا نبل هذا ففزع!
فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:
« لا يحل لمسلم أن يروع مسلما »
رواه أبو داود صححه الشيخ الألباني في " صحيح الجامع ".
‏​•.:.عن عبد الله بن السائب بن يزيد عن أبيه عن جده.
أنَّه سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول:
«لا يأخذن أحدكم متاع أخيه لاعبا ولا جادّا، ومن أخذ عصا أخيه فليردها »
رواه ابو داود حسنه الشيخ الألباني في " صحيح الجامع ".

•.:.قال عبد الله بن مسعود :
إنَّ الرجل ليصدق ويتحرى الصدق حتى ما يكون للفجور في قلبه موضع إبرة يستقر فيه ، وإنه ليكذب ويتحرى الكذب حتى ما يكون للصدق في قلبه موضع إبرة يستقر فيه.
•.:.وعنه قال :
لا يصلح الكذب في جد ولا هزل،ثم تلا عبد الله
{اتقوا الله وكونوا مع الصادقين }.

•.:.قال أبو بكر الصدّيق:
إياكم والكذب فإنه مجانب الإيمان.

•.:.عن سعد بن أبي وقاص قال :
المؤمن يطبع على الخلال كلها غير الخيانة والكذب.

لا تبلغ حقيقة الإيمان حتى تدع الكذب في المزاح.
