الكتاب الأخضر كتاب ألفه العقيد الرئيس الليبي معمر القذافي عام 1975 وفيه يعرض أفكاره حول أنظمة الحكم وتعليقاته حول التجارب الإنسانية كالإشتراكية والحرية والديمقراطية حيث يعتبر هذا الكتاب بمثابة كتاب مقدس عند معمر القذافي. يتكون الكتاب الاخضر من ثلاثة فصول:

1. الفصل الاول: الركن السياسي ويتناول فيه مشاكل السياسة والسلطة في المجتمع.
2. الفصل الثاني :الركن الاقتصادي فيه حلول المشاكل الاقتصادية التاريخية بين العامل ورب العمل.
3. الفصل الثالث :الركن الاجتماعي وفيه طروحات عن الاسرة والام والطفل والمراة والثقافة والفنون.

في الاسفل صورة من الفصل الثالث الركن الاجتماعي للنظرية العالمية الثالثة وفي هذه الصفحة يوضح الكاتب الفرق بين الرجل والمرأة والاختلافات التي ادت الى ان يكون الرجل رجل والمرأة مرأة

وكأنه تنبأ الى اليوم الذي أصبحت الشعوب تتغنى بمساواة المرأة بالرجل
في كل المجالات
وهو يلمح في دستوره بأن المرأة ضعيفة جدا مقارنة بالرجل
