بناء المرأة..ضرورة..

حين يثار الحديث حول التغريب تأتي قضية المرأة في قائمة مداخل التغريب ووسائله، ولا تزال هذه القضية حية رغم مرور عقود على مشاريع تغريب المرأة المسلمة وتغييب هويتها.
وما فتئ الغيورون من أهل العلم والدعاة إلى الله ـ عز وجل ـ يذبّون عن حياض الشريعة، ويقفون في وجه الفساد والتغريب.
ومن هنا لقيت قضية المرأة قدراً من الاهتمام والعناية. والمكتبة الإسلامية ناطقة بنتاج ثري منذ عقود يعكس قدر الاهتمام بقضية المرأة والدفاع عنها.
ولعل أبرز جهد قُدِّم اليوم للمرأة المسلمة يتثمل في مجالين رئيسين:
الأول: ماسبقت الإشارة إليه من مواجهة المؤامرات والتغريب.
والثاني: ذلك الجهد الموجه للفتاة المتدينة؛ والذي يتمثل في البرامج العلمية والتربوية، ومؤسسات تحفيظ القرآن الكريم وتوجيه الفتاة.
وكلاهما أدى ثمرات مهمة تستحق الرعاية والاعتناء.
إلا أن ثمة ثغرة مهمة لا زالت تفتقر إلى اهتمام ورعاية:
فمن يتأمل الخطاب الموجه للمرأة المسلمة اليوم يجد أن التحذيرَ، والحديثَ عن المؤامرات، والدعوةَ إلى صيانة المرأة وحفـظ عفـافـها، يحـتـل مساحة واسعة، بل يكاد يغلب على ما يوجه للمرأة المسلمة.
ورغم أهمية هذا اللون من الخطاب إلا أنه لا بد من التوازن والاعتدال، ولا بد من السؤال المهم: هل رسمنا خارطة واضـحـة لاحتـياجات المـرأة المسـلـمة وأعطـينا كـل جـانـبٍ ما يستحقه من الاهتمام والاعتناء؟
إن من أهم المساحات التي تعاني فقراً في العطاء، والتي لا زالت تعاني من هوة واسعة بين الحاجة والجهد المبذول: مساحة البناء والتربية وتنمية شخصية المرأة المسلمة.
فعلى الرغم مما حققته المؤسسات والجهود التربوية من نجاح ونتاج مثمر إلا أنها لا زالت تتحرك في دائرة محدودة؛ تتـحرك في دائرة بناء التدين في شخصية الفتاة؛ وهو أمر له أهميته وضرورته ولا يمكن التهوين من شأنه، لكنه وحده لا يكفي.
إن المؤامرات التي توجه للمرأة المسلمة اليوم ضخمة، وتزداد وتتنوع أدواتها يوماً بعد آخر، وهي تتطلب تأهيل المرأة لتواجه هذا السيل الجارف، وليكون لها دور بارز.
وهذا التـأهيل لا يتـم بمجـرد التـحذير من المؤامرات، ولا بمجـرد الوعـظ والرقائق، ولا بالتأكيد على مسائل العفة؛ رغم أهمية ذلك كله.
إنه يحـتاج مـع هـذا لصـياغة شخـصـيـة المـرأة المسـلـمة لتكون فاعلة.
يحـتاج إلى بنـاء قدراتها العقلـية وتنـمية مـهـارات التفكير لديها.
ويحتاج إلى إكسابها أدوات الوعي والقدرة على التعامل مع القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة.
ويحتاج إلى تنمية الإيجابية، والمبادرة، وإدارة الذات، والتكيف، والمرونة، والثقة بالنفس.
ويحتاج إلى أن تمتلك المهارات العالية في التربية وبناء الأجيال؛ التربية بمفومها الواسع والإيجابي.
لا زال الجهد المبذول لبناء المرأة يدور في مساحة محدودة لا تكفي لإعداد المرأة الفاعلة.
ولا زال العمق في شخصية المرأة الداعية ـ فضلاً عمّن دونها ـ أقل بكثير من تحديات الواقع.
إننا بحاجة إلى الجمع بين حماية المرأة من المؤمرات، وتأكيـد معاني العـفة والسـتر، وبناء شخصيتها؛ لتكون إيجابية فاعلة.
