سيف الإجرام يخطط لخيانة مجنون ليبيا

أكد مسؤولون في المخابرات البريطانية أن سيف الإجرام، نجل مجنون ليبيا ،قام بعدة محاولات للتقرّب من الاستخبارات البريطانية والإيطالية وجسّ النبض للعب دور في ليبيا ما بعد والده، في خطوة اعتبرها المسؤولون مؤشراً على أنه يفكّر في خيانة والده. ونقلت صحيفة "ديلي ميل" البريطانية عن مسؤولين بريطانيين وضباط في جهاز الاستخبارات "أم آي 6" أنهم أجروا عدة محادثات مع مقربين من سيف الإجرام في الأسابيع الثلاثة الماضية وقالوا إنهم مستعدون لتقديم مخرج لعائلة المجنون.
وكانت صحيفة "الغارديان" قد نشرت تقريراً أشارت فيه إلى محادثات سرية بين مسؤولين بريطانيين ومحمد إسماعيل، أحد المستشارين المقربين لسيف الإجرام لبحث إمكانية إيجاد مخرج لمجنون ليبيا. ولكن صحيفة "ديلي ميل" أشارت إلى أن حلفاء سيف الإجرام الذين التقوا مسؤولين ‬استخباراتيين ‬وسياسيين ‬بريطانيين ‬بحثوا ‬إمكانية ‬أن ‬يلعب ‬سيف ‬الإجرام ‬دوراً ‬في ‬مستقبل ‬ليبيا ‬ما ‬بعد ‬المجنون ‬وأن ‬الرد ‬البريطاني ‬كان ‬رفضاً ‬واضحاً ‬لذلك.‬
وقالت مصادر أمنية إن سيف الإجرام سعى إلى جس نبض الدول الغربية حول كيف سيتم استقباله والتعامل معه إذا فر من ليبيا. وقال مصدر أمني لعدد من الوكالات أن سيف الإجرام يعرف الكثير من الأشخاص في بريطانيا ويعرف كيف يتصل بالأجهزة الأمنية. ومؤخراً جرى ذلك عبر وسطاء.
وكانت عدة تقارير غربية أشارت إلى تقديم أولاد المجنون عدة اقتراحات تتعلق بتحييد والدهم، ومن بينها أن يتولى المعتصم، وهو مستشار الأمن القومي في البلاد رئاسة حكومة مؤقتة تشمل المعارضة، ولكن ذلك الاقتراح لن يرضي الثوار.
