السلام عليكم ورحمة الله

تشهد الجزائر في الايام الاخير موجة للاضرابات في مختلف الميادين وشتى المجالات
اضراب في الجامعة
اضراب في المستشفى
اضراب في مركز البريد
اضراب لدى الحرس البلدي
اضراب الحماية المدنية
اضراب التلاميذ
اضراب موظفي قطاع المالية والتخطيط
اضراب حراس السجون
حتى الائئمة اضربوا ولو بطريقة مغايرة
بل حتى ان عمال سونالغاز قالك راح يخليونا بالشمع اخاف لو يضرب صحاب مصانع الشمع كذلك فنعود للعصور الحجرية (امزح طبعا)

المهم سمعت عن احد المختصين في السياسة ان الاضرابات ظاهرة صحية حضارية ديمقراطية تعبر عن ماذا الديمقراطية المتوفرة في دولة ما (هذا قوله)
فما رايكم في هذا ؟
انا ارى انه معه حق فهي احسن من ما يحدث في البلدان العربية

نعم فارس من جهة الاضراب طريقه حضاريه للتعبير عن المطالب ،كما يبين ان البلد ديمقراطي،السؤال المطروح هل اضراب قطاعاتنا جاء نتاج لوعي بانه طريقه حضريه ودمقراطيه ام انه نتاج ظرف ما واستغلال لاحداث ما ؟

على ما اعتقد ان الجزائر تعرف موجة احتجاجات واضرابات ليس في هذه الفترة فقط بل في كل السنوات القليلة الماضية اي ان الجزائر في ثورة دائمة لكن بطريقتها الخاصة
كل فئة تعبر عن مطالبها وانشغالاتها ....لكن دون ان ينظر اليها مسعول او صشية بعين الاعتبار الـنـوم

الإضرابات صارت موضة اكثر منها ظاهرة صحية , خاصة و ان مختلف القطاعات تشهد هذه الموجة , البارحة متلا امضى عدد كبير من الحرس البلدي ليلتهم بساحة الشهداء معتصمين ( ميدان التحرير النسخة الجزائرية ) و اليوم رفعت شعارات يطالبون فيها بحقوقهم التي و حسب ما سمعت ( مصدر غير مؤكد) تبلغ 800 مليون سنتيم !! للفرد الواحد جراء سنوات الدمار التي خدموها خاصة وأن أقرانهم من سلك الشرطة حصلوا على زيادات ب %50 بينما بعضهم مهدد بفقدان وظيفته...سونلغاز هي الاخرى تهدد بقطع الكهرباء بدليل ما شهدته بعض المناطق من انقطاعات , قطاع الصحة هو الآخر في اضراب و البقية تأتي و كل هذا على حساب تعطيل مصالح المواطن البسيط .
لا أدري إن أمكن تسمية هذه الاضرابات بالصحوة التي جاءت متأخرة أو سٌوهم في تحفيزها لسبب أو لآخر أم أنها منطلقة من وعي حقيقي حتى و إن جاء متأخرا نوعا ما خاصة حين يتعلّق الأمر بالاضراب بالجملة!,لكن اللهجة الوحيدة التي باتت تسود الشارع الجزائري في هذه الآونة هي " أنه اللّّذي لم يحصل على -حقه- في هذه الظروف الحالية فلن يحصل عليها ابدا!! "

المهم أن الإضراب ما دام يتمّ بطريقة حضارية أهون بكثير مقارنة بما يحدثْ في بقية البلدان العربية , خاصة بالنسبة لنا كبلد عانى الكثير و ليس على إستعداد لخوض نفس التجربة الأليمة مجددا.

نعم صاار الإضراب موضة العصر ...أو دواء مهدئ لآلام المجتمع ...تترتب عليه أعراض جانبية لكنه ...قد يؤدي بعض المفعول ....أحس من القيام بعملية جراحية للمجتمع كما تقام في الدول العربية التي يبدو أخدت جرعاات متفاوتة اثناء عملية التخدير و لا أحد يدري هل ستنجح العملية و ستنجوا من غيبوبتها ..أم ستخرج من الإنعاااش جثة هاامدة تحياتي لك أخي فاارس

الثورة بالجزائر جاءت بالتقسيط المريح ، الكل يأخذ حقه ثم يرحل . فلا داعي للنظام ان يرحل .

و هذا ما يغضب الكثير من ذوي النفوس المريبة بالخارج ، و جميع الحقوق محفوظة للذي لا ناقة و لا جمل له الا لتحول البلد نحو الاحسن .

ما لا يعلمه المتفيقهون القائلون بأن الإضراب موضة ... يتهم الشعب بالبلادة و لا يعرف حقوقه يعني منغولي ... أبله ...

أسأل هل أنت أفهم و أذكى و أعلم من الأطباء الذين يريد ولد عباس أن يخضع الأخصائيين "للخدمة المدنية" service civil لمدة 8 سنوات بدل سنتين للحصول على الشهادة ؟؟ و هذه نقطة من بحر القرارات الإعتباطية للحكومة.

السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه : و لماذا لا يثور المرضى أو ذويهم ؟ و لماذا لا يثور أولياء التلاميذ ؟

نعم أحسنتِ في التنبيه ... كل من يرى حقه مهضوم فليطالب !!!
الإضراب في مجال المهنة ... و الشكوى لمن لا ترضيه الخِدمة حتى إلى العدالة و أشجع على التجمع بخصوص المرضى أو ذويهم لرفع شكاوى للعدالة فيما يخص الخدمة الصحية.

هذه هي الحركية و بالمطالبة لا تضيع الحقوق.

المطالبة بالحقوق انا اراها ظاهرة صحية تعبر عن مدى وعي الناس بحقوقهمولكن لننتبه هناك خط رفيع قد لا نتبه اليه الكثيرون بين المطالبة بالحقوق وبيناشاعة الفوضى
فعندما يتقدم اصحاب مظلمة بعدة مطالب وتتحقق لهم نصفها او اكثر فهذا يعني نجاح مطلبهم اما عندما يصر هؤلاء على الاستجابة لكل مطالبهم فهذا هو اشاعة الفوضى ومحاولة الخلط بين الحق والمغالاة في طلب الحق او محاولة كسر ارادة الطرف الآخر ويصبح الأمر فيه تعنت وهذا هو الخطير في الموضوع ويتحول من ظاهرة صحية الى غوغائية

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله الأخ فارس لا ارى ما تراه من ان هاته الإضرابات ظاهرة صحية بل هي إنذار أحمر على أن الجبهة الإجتماعية تغلي ..الإضرابات معناه أن الأمور ليست على ما يرام معناه ان الفساد نخر جسد الأمة معناه ان المسؤولين عندنا صم بكم عمي فهم لا يفقهون ..الأطباء لديهم سنوات و هم يضربون و مثلهم المعلمون و مثلهم في جميع القطاعات و لازال المسؤولين يتلاعبون بالوعود و اخر خرجة يأتي لك رئيس الحكومة يقول لك كل شيئ على ما يرام و لا يوجد هناك ازمة ..طبعا هو جاثم على صدور الشعب لسنوات عديدة مثله مثل اغلبية الوزراء الذين فشلوا جميعا في معالجة مشاكل القطاعات التابعة لهم و طبعا عندما ملوا حتى من فشلهم ادعوا انها ظاهرة صحية ...الله وكيلهم
