طرابلس مستعدة لإصلاح يقوده المجنون !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![/URL]أعلن الناطق باسم الحكومة الليبية موسى إبراهيم استعداد حكومته لإجراء انتخابات وإصلاح نظامها السياسي، لكن الشعب الليبي هو وحده الذي يمكنه أن يقرر هل يبقى مجنون ليبيا في الحكم أم لا.
وقال إبراهيم حينما سئل عن مضمون المفاوضات مع الغرب بشأن الأزمة في ليبيا "يمكن أن نتخذ أي نظام سياسي، أي تغييرات، دستور انتخابات، أو أي شيء لكن القائد يجب أن يقود هذا إلى الأمام هذا هو إيماننا".
وأضاف "من أنتم لتقرروا ما يجب على الليبيين فعله؟ لماذا لا يقولون (القوى الغربية) نحن نريد أن يقرر الشعب الليبي هل ينبغي أن يبقى الزعيم الليبي أم يذهب وأن يقرر هل يتخذ نظاما سياسيا مختلفا أم لا".
وتابع "القائد ليس له منصب رسمي ليتنحى عنه، إن له قيمة رمزية لدى الشعب الليبي، وأما كيف تحكم ليبيا فهذا أمر آخر، ما هو نوع النظام السياسي الذي يتم تنفيذه في البلاد فهذا أمر آخر. هذا سؤال يمكننا الحديث بشأنه".
وقال إنه "لا يمكن فرض شروط على ليبيا من الخارج حتى إذا كانت البلاد مستعدة لمناقشة مقترحات ترمي إلى تحقيق مزيد من الديمقراطية والشفافية وحرية الصحافة وقوانين مكافحة الفساد". (javascript:openLargeImageInNewWindow('/mritems/images/2011/3/23/1_1049994_1_59.jpg');)
