عقود الإدماج ..... إلى متى الصمت

اصبحت الجزائر إضرابا يتلوه إضربا والغرض من ذك كله الشعب يريد الزيادة في الاجور أو الشعب يريد اللإدماج ............. أما المسكين فتسوى به الحسابات فإلى متى الصمت

مرحبا اخي العزيز
فعليا عقود الإدماج تنطوي على نقائص يستوجب الأهتمام بها فقط لجعلها فعالة وهي نقطة الإدماج لأنني لم اجد لحد الأن شخصا تم منحه منصب بعد نهاية عقده ولهذا السبب فهي غير ناجعة لانها لا تلزم المستخدم بتنصيب المعني
صدقني شخصيا اعتقد ان عقود الإدماج هي وصفة ناجحة للمستخدمين والشركات لتخفيض الأعباء لكنها لا تلتفت ابدا للشاب او المعني كفرد لديه حاجيات تخيل لو ان شركة ما توضف 50 شابا كل ثلاث سنوات ثم تسرحهم حيث تستفيد من خذماتهم على عاتق الدولة ولا تدفع اي دينارا لهم وفي الأخير تسرحهم وهذا هو الأستعباد والأستغلال البشع بعينه لهذا

السلام عليكم انا كمال بوذراع من مواليد18/07/1967 خنشلة مشكلتى هى لقد منحونى محل تجارى بعمرات طريق باتنة فى اطار تشغيل الشباب وذلك فى 06/0/1998 رقم المقررة 66/م.ت.ش.ولكن الاستفادة كانت على الورق فقط من هذا التاريخ وانا فى انتظار تسليمى المحل ولكن الى يومنا ا اننى اعانى من الحقرة والبروقراطية فى بلدى الجزائر اريد حل لمشكلتى هذه مع العلم باننى مريض مرض مزمن الكلى والسكرى ونصف عمرى ظاع بين المستشفى والعيدات الخاصة ولكن ولا البلدية ولا الدائرة ولا الولاية استمعو الى حالتى هذه ارجو منكم مساعدتى لاننى فى امس الحاجة لهذا المحل التجارى لكى اقوت عائلتى المتكونة من 4 اطفال وامهم انا حائر فى امرى ولا استطيع فعل اى شئ. ولقد شرعة وكالة التوفير والاحتياط فى بيع هذه المحلات مع العلم باننى ليس لدي حق شراء هذا المحل لاننى لا املك قيمة هذا المحل لاننى اعمل فى وكالة هاتفية لا تكفينى حتى اقوت اسرتى وما بالكم بشرا محل انا اعمل فى محل مسئاجر من الغير وانا مهدد بطرد من المحل فى اى لحظة وافى الاخير من كان فى عون اخيه كان الله فى عونه واجركم على الله كمال بودراع حى 700 سكن خنشلة
