ثوار ليبيا يشكون الحلف الأطلسي

انتقد علي العيساوي مسؤول الشؤون الخارجية في المجلس الوطني الإنتقالي في ليبيا حلف شمال الأطلسي لما وصفه بالتسويف والبيروقراطية وما قد يترتب على ذلك من تداعيات على معركة الثوار ضد النظام الليبي.

ونقلت صحيفة نيويورك تايمز عن العيساوي تحذيره من أن التأخير الناجم عن الإجراءات الإدارية قد يعرض حياة المدنيين للخطر، ويعقد جهود الثوار في معركتهم ضد قوات مجنون ليبيا .

واستشهد العيساوي بما حصل في البريقة الإثنين، قائلا إن قوات المجنون الأكثر تنظيما وتنسيقا، تمكنت من قتل عدد من الثوار وجرحت آخرين، في ظل غياب القوة الجوية للناتو طيلة اليوم.

وكان المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع الأميركية دارين جيمس قال إن دور القوة الجوية الأميركية بدأ يتراجع بدءا من يوم الأحد، ولا سيما مع انتقال القيادة العسكرية رسميا إلى حلف الناتو.

وقال إن الطائرات الأميركية أصبحت الآن ضمن الاحتياط، ولا تستطيع الطيران إلا بطلب من الناتو وموافقة البنتاغون.

وتشير نيويورك تايمز إلى أن انسحاب القدرات الأميركية يعني، ضمن أمور أخرى، أن الثوار سيفقدون دعما هاما من نوعين من الطائرات التي شنت هجمات ناجحة ضد قوات المجنون شرقي ليبيا، وهما ac130، وa 10.

وأكد العيساوي أن "ثمة تأخيرا في رد الفعل، وافتقارا للرد على ما يجري على الأرض، فلم يستطيعوا توفير الحماية للعديد من المدنيين الذين قتلوا بنيران قوات القذافي".

ولفت المتحدث الأميركي إلى أن المشاكل بدأت بعد استلام الناتو لمسؤولية الحملة الجوية من أميركا وفرنسا وبريطانيا، وأن المعركة الآن قد تطول.

وأشارت نيويورك تايمز إلى أن استمرار الحملة العسكرية لفترة طويلة ربما يكون أمرا صعبا جدا على المدنيين في المناطق الشرقية خاصة في مصراتة.

ونبهت إلى أن استمرار الحملة فترة طويلة يثير الشك بشأن أفق نجاح الثوار في الشرق، خاصة أن الثوار الذين يفتقرون إلى التدريب بقوا عدة أيام على الطريق المؤدي إلى البريقة.

مصراتة ليست بالمنطقة الشرقية و المواجهات كلها كما يشاهد الجميع بالمناطق الغير مأهولة. و هي مدينة كبيرة من الصعب لاي فصيل التحكم فيها .

هناك عدة دول اقترحت وضع تحت ايدي ثوار الجزائر مساعدات بشرية ، لكن رجال الجزائر رفضوا و طلبوا السلاح و حسب ، و هزموا فرنسا و هذا الحلف بشحمه و لحمه الذي كان أنذاك ورائها .
