بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

أسباب قيام الدول وأسباب هلاكها وانهيارها يتشابه تقريبا في كل زمان ومكان، فقوم (عاد) الذين تجبروا وبطشوا وكانوا القوة العظمى في الأرض حتى قالوا عن أنفسهم: {مَنْ أَشَدُّ مِنَّا قُوَّةً} [سورة فصلت: 15]، فرد الرب عز وجل عليهم: {أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ الَّذِي خَلَقَهُمْ هُوَ أَشَدُّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً} [سورة فصلت: 15]، ومرت الأيام والسنون فأهلكهم الله جلا وعلا وجعلهم عبرة لغيرهم ولم يبق منهم أحدا.

وقوم (فرعون) الذين طغوا في الأرض واستكبروا وجعلوا أهلها شيعا واستضعفوا الناس وكفروا بدين الله وحاربوا رسله، دعا عليهم موسى عليه السلام، وكان من دعائه أنه قال: {رَبَّنَا اطْمِسْ عَلَى أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَاشْدُدْ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَلاَ يُؤْمِنُواْ حَتَّى يَرَوُاْ الْعَذَابَ الأَلِيمَ} [سورة يونس: 88]، فاستجاب الله للمظلوم واخذ الظالم بعذابه: {وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَا آلَ فِرْعَونَ بِالسِّنِينَ وَنَقْصٍ مِّن الثَّمَرَاتِ} [سورة الأعراف: 130] ثم لما تمادوا اغرقهم الرب عز وجل.

وكذلك (ثمود) وقوم (لوط) وأصحاب (الأيكة) وغيرهم وغيرهم الكثير ممن جاءتهم عقوبات إلهية بسبب ظلمهم وطغيانهم وفسادهم {وَكَذَلِكَ أَخْذُ رَبِّكَ إِذَا أَخَذَ الْقُرَى وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ إِنَّ أَخْذَهُ أَلِيمٌ شَدِيدٌ} [سورة هود: 102].

إن ما يشهده العالم اليوم قد يكون مرحلة تاريخية تعتبر منعطفا خطيرا قد تعصف بأنظمة سياسية قائمة وتغير من ميزان القوى في الأرض خلال السنوات القادمة.

فمن كان يعيش على مأل بقاء (الإمبراطورية الأمريكية) لدهور طويلة فهو يعيش في حلم كاذب، بل هو كابوس مزعج لابد أن يفيق منه، فهذه الإمبراطورية التي بطشت في الأرض ردحا من الزمن، وتجبرت وطغت فلم تترك الضعفاء في فلسطين لعشرات السنين، وأهلكت الحرث والنسل في أفغانستان والعراق وغيرهما، وجثمت على صدور الضعفاء ونهبت الخيرات.

بل أن (الإمبراطورية الأمريكية) قطعت موارد الكثير من الجمعيات الخيرية الإغاثية، وجمدت أموالها وحرمت الملايين من الأيتام والفقراء والمساكين من المساعدات التي تصل اليهم، فيا الله كم من طفل مات جوعا، وكم من ضعيف مات بسبب منع المساعدات والإغاثات، فهل تضيع آنات الثكالى وصياح الجياع وبكاء اليتامى؟!

إن ما يحصل اليوم للإمبراطورية الأمريكية، ومن سار في ركبها بسبب جشعهم وأكلهم الربا أضعافا مضاعفة هو شيء قليل من حرب الله لهم {فَأْذَنُواْ بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ} [سورة البقرة: 279]، وهذه (التريليونات) التي تبخرت هي حقيقة قول الله جل وعلا: {يَمْحَقُ اللّهُ الْرِّبَا} [سورة البقرة: 276]، والأموال التي أنفقوها في حروبهم الخاسرة وفي سبيل سيطرتهم على خيرات الدول ومواردها هذه الأموال أخبر الرب عنها: {فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ} [سورة الأنفال: 36].

سأقولها بصوت مرتفع مضى عهد الطغيان الأمريكي، وانتهى عهد (الإمبراطورية الأمريكية)، وهذا ليس حكمي بل حكمهم، فجرائدهم الغربية مليئة بتحليلات تصل لهذه النتيجة، يقول الفيلسوف البريطاني (جون غراي) تعليقا على الأزمة الاقتصادية: "ما نراه اليوم هو تحول تاريخي لا رجعة عنه في موازين القوى العالمية، نتيجته النهائية أن عصر القيادة الأمريكية للعالم قد ولى إلى غير رجعة".

إن عصر هيمنة القطب الواحد في العالم قد انتهى فأي دولة تنهار اقتصاديا فإنه يتبع ذلك انهيار عسكري ثم سياسي، وهناك تقارير كثيرة صدرت هذه الأيام من الأمريكان أنفسهم بل من أعضاء في الحزب الحاكم ومن حزب المحافظين الجدد يعترفون بفشلهم في سياساتهم الداخلية والخارجية، وما (ذكته) انتصاراتهم في حروبهم وإعلان (رئيسهم) إنتهاء الحرب إلا تغطية لفشلهم في معاركهم الأخيرة، وما حرب العراق إلا (دق) في مسامير نعشهم الأخير.

لقد جرب العالم نظاما إشتراكيا مخالفا لدين الله ولفطرة الإنسان فانهار سريعا، ثم جرب نظاما رأسماليا جشعا وها هو الآن ينهار، فمتى سيعي العالم ويعرف الاقتصاديون أن العالم لن يصلحه إلا نظام إلهي وحكم رباني يقوم على الاقتصاد الإسلامي!، {أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللّهِ حُكْماً لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ} [سورة المائدة: 50].

أما نحن في الدول الإسلامية أن أصابنا ما أصابهم فلأننا نسير في ركابهم ولأننا وقفنا معهم في مشايع كثيرة، وربطنا مصيرنا بمصيرهم، وربطنا أعناقنا بحبالهم، قال تعالى: {وَاتَّقُواْ فِتْنَةً لاَّ تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنكُمْ خَآصَّةً} [سورة الأنفال: 25].

قد تنهار (الإمبراطورية الأمريكية) سريعا وقد يطول الأمر لسنوات فالعلم عند الله وحده، ولكن السؤال المهم ماذا اعددنا للمرحلة القادمة؟! وهل الشعوب الإسلامية متهيئة لما سيأتي؟! وهل لدولنا الإسلامية أي تأثير في صنع الواقع والمستقبل؟!.

قال تعالى: {أَوَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَانُوا أَشَدَّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَأَثَارُوا الْأَرْضَ وَعَمَرُوهَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا عَمَرُوهَا وَجَاءتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَكِن كَانُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ} [سورة الروم: 9].
