خبراء عسكريون من بيلاروسيا يقودون قوات مجنون ليبيا

تمكنت قوات مجنون ليبيا من تحقيق انتصارات عسكرية ليس فقط ضد قوات المعارضة، وإنما نجحت أيضا فى مقاومة الضربات الجوية لقوات التحالف. التكتيك العسكرى لقوات المجنون والذى أعتمد مبدأ التخلي عن الدبابات الضخمة، واستخدام سيارات الجيب والرشاشات، أضعفت فعالية الضربات الجوية لقوات التحالف، واثقلت عبء الناتو بضرورة إيجاد سبل جديدة لزيادة فاعلية عمليات قواته العسكرية.

جريدة "كمسمولسكيا برافد"الروسية كشفت لغز براعة القدرات العسكرية الليبية، ونجاح قوات المجنون فى الحفاظ على قدراتها القتالية وتنفيذ هجمات مضادة استعادت خلالها السيطرة على بعض المدن، إذ تبين ان مئات الخبراء العسكريين البيلاروس هم السبب فى انتصارات الجيش الليبى.

وفى بداية رحلة استشكاف أسباب تحسن الجاهزية القتالية لقوات المجنون، رجح العديد من المحللين وجود خبراء عسكريين روس، باعتبار أن لديهم خبرات واسعة فى هذا النوع من العمليات العسكرية، حصلوا عليها خلال مشاركتهم فى الحروب الأفغانية وفى الشيشان، خاصة وأن التعان العسكرى الليبى– السوفيتى بدأ مع تولى المجنون السلطه عام 1969، ولم يقتصر على توريد الأسلحة والمعدات العسكرية، وانما شمل ايضا مشاركة أكثر من 1000 خبير عسكرى سوفيتى فى تدريب وتطوير قدرات ليبيا العسكرية خلال السبعينيات القرن الماضى.

لكن التعاون العسكرى بين موسكو وطرابلس توقف نهائيا منتصف الثمانينيات. ووفق المصادر الرسمية وغير الرسمية، غادر كل الخبراء الروس الأراضى الليبية فى تلك الفترة.

مستشار سفارة بيلاروسيا فى ليبيا جيورجى غروميكو فى تصريحاته لجريدة "كمسمولسكيا برافد" الروسية كشف أن السبب الرئيسي في تحسن القدرات العسكرية الليبية يعود إلى وجود نحو 500 خبير عسكري بيلاروسي ضمن فرق قوات المجنون يقومون بمساعدة وتوجيه هذه القوات فى مواجهة عمليات قوات التحالف وضرباتها الجوية. وقد لعب هؤلاء الخبراء دورا فى تطوير الجاهزية القتالية والتكتيك العسكري لقوات المجنون خلال الأسابيع الماضية.


وأجرت"كمسمولسكيا برافد" اتصالا هاتفيا مع أحد هؤلاء الخبراء البيلاروس العاملين فى ليبيا، كشف فيه انه يعمل منذ اكثر من عام فى ليبيا، ويتقاضى راتبا يصل إلى 3000 دولار، ونفى علاقة وزارة الدفاع البيلاروسية بعقود الخبراء العسكريين البيلاروس العاملين فى صفوف القوات الليبية، مؤكدا أنه تعاقد بشكل شخصي مع وزارة الدفاع الليبية.

وأضاف أن الخبراء يتواجدون فى ساحات المعارك دون أن يشاركوا فيها، ويقتصر دورهم على توجيه القوات الليبية. وتبين أن أغلبية هؤلاء الخبراء من ضباط الكتيبة رقم 334 التابعة للقوات الخاصة، والمتمركزة فى منطقة تلال (مارينا) بالقرب من العاصمة البيلاروسية مينسك. وقد تلقى عدد كبير من هؤلاء الخبراء تدريباتهم فى قواعد القوات الخاصة الروسية.

وقد نقلت الجريدة تصريحات ايجور كاتشوجين الملحق العسكري فى سفارة بيلاروسيا فى ليبيا، التى نفى فيها وجود أي صلة بين تعاقد القوات الليبية مع هؤلاء الخبراء ووزارة الدفاع البيلاروسية، مؤكدا أن حكومة مينسك لم ترسل رسميا أى مساعدات عسكرية أو خبراء إلى ليبيا.

وأفاد مصدر رسمي في وزارة الدفاع البيلاروسية بأن إرسال خبراء عسكريين بيلاروس من القوات الخاصة التابع لهيئة الأركان العسكرية بدأ منذ عدة سنوات، بعقود مباشرة وشخصية مع هؤلاء العسكريين، للاستفادة منهم فى صيانة الأسلحة والمعدات العسكرية وتدريب وإعداد القوات الليبية وتطوير أداء أجهزة المخابرات العسكرية الليبية.

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن بورصة العمل فى بيلاروسيا توجد بها شركات غامضة تعرض عقود عمل للعسكريين المتقاعدين من أبناء بيلاروسيا وروسيا كخبراء ومستشارين فى مجالات الدفاع الجوي والبحرية وصيانة الطائرات، في عدد من البلدان الأفريقية وفى فنزويلا وليبيا.
