الأنظمة البائدة و القنوات الجاحدة !

تابع الملايين موجات الأحداث الساخنة التي هزّت الوطن العربي، و قد كان الكل مهتما بتتبع الأخبار في قناته المفضلة، حسب انتماءاته أو حسب قراءاته لها
لكن ما يجعل الأمر محيّرا، بل و مقلقا بشكل كبير، هو ذلك التباين الكبير بين القنوات العربية المحلّية منها و الفضائية في التعاطي مع الأحداث، و نقل الصور للماهد كما هي من غير تحريف و لا تزييف
الحقيقة المؤلمة هي أن المعطيات تتباين تباينا عجيبا إلى درجة التناقض التام، لدرجة تشعرك أن هذه القنوات تعالج قضايا مختلفة بعضها في كوكب الأرض و البعض الآخر في كوكب آخر !
و الأكيد أن هذه القنوات على اختلاف أنواعها موجهة للشعوب، بل لا يمكن لهذه القنوات أن تستمر إلا بالشعوب، فالشعوب هم سبب وجود هذه القنوات و هم مصدر رزقها بالأساس
لكن التلاعب بقطاع الإعلام، و فرض القيود و الأغلال من قبل الأنظمة المتعفنة الجاثمة على صدر هذه الشعوب، يحوّل هذا القطاع الهام و الحيوي إلى مجرّد أبواق تهتف باسم الملك أو الرئيس أو الحكومة، هذا بالإضافة إلى التجاوزات المالية الخطيرة التي تميّز بها وزراء الإعلام و مسؤولوه في كثير من الدول العربية
و سوف لن أتحدث هنا عن القنوات التابعة لدول عربية أخرى، و لكن دعونا فقط نتحدث عن إعلامنا الجزائري، باعتبار قناة اليتيمة و توابعها ( المشرّدين ) ! موجهة للاستهلاك المحلّي فقط
فماذا تصنع هذه القناة و كيف تتعامل مع أبناء الشعب الجزائري الذين هم سبب وجودها أصلا!
إن قناة اليتيمة قناة جاحدة بكل المقاييس لأبناء الجزائر، فهي قناة مصابة بالشيخوخة، شأنها في ذلك شأن مسؤوليها الذين لا يعرفون معنى التحديث و وسائل التقنية الحديثة
فهذه القناة تصنع منتوجا أكل عليه الدهر و شرب، فعندما تشاهدها تشعر و كأنك تشاهد برنامجا مسجلا في الثمانينات من القرن الماضي !
و ليس المقصود فقط من حيث الشكل و المظهر، بل قناة اليتيمة - مع الأسف الشديد - عتيقة الطراز أيضا من ناحية المضمون،
فالشباب الذين يريدون متابعة التلفاز عليهم أن يبحثوا عن برامج أخرى في قنوات أخرى تناسب أذواقهم و تناسب العصر الذي يعيشون فيه، لأن قناة اليتيمة لا تهتم بالشباب و لا تركز عليهم، بل تشعر و أنت تشاهدها كأنها تخاطب الشيوخ و العجائز

أما البرامج فهي تتراوح بين نوعين، نوع يحاولون إضفاء صفة الرّسميّة و الجدّية عليه بحيث يأتونك بأشخاص يسمونهم خبراء يلوكون اللغة العربية بصعوبة بالغة، إلى درجة أنك تحتاج إلى صبر كبير للاستماع إليهم،
و النوع الثاني يسقطون فيه كل آداب اللّياقة لدرجة أنك تشعر أن البث يتم في ملهى ليلي كبير !
و بين هذا النوع و ذاك، تُملأ باقي الساعات بمجموعة مملّة من أشرطة الحيوانات و البيئة و بعض الألعاب البهلوانية أو الرياضة، مع عدم نسيان بعض الأفلام المدبلجة الهادمة للقيم الإسلامية بل و للفن بشكل عام

يا جماعة هذه أخطاء قاتلة تعصف بمهمة الإعلام، و تعبّر عن الفشل الذريع للسياسةالإعلاميّة، و أن الرسالة الي تحاولون إيصالها سوف لن تصل،لأنكم أخطأتم العنوان، و ستجدون الناس تتوجه إلى قنوات أخرى لتتننفس خارج البئر الذي تحاولون وضعهم فيه
على المسؤولين أن يشعروا بضرورة مجاراة عصر التكنولوجيا الفائقة و سرعة المعلومات، و عليهم أن يضخوا المزيد من الطاقات البشرية و الموارد المالية لخلق قناة إعلامية تتناسب مع ما يحتاجه المشاهد الجزائري، و على وجه الخصوص الشريحة الأهم و هم الشباب، الذين يعانون من تهميش حقيقي في جانب الإعلام
و على المسؤولين عن إعداد البرامج أن يحشموا شوية و يلتفتوا إلى الكفاءات و المواهب الحقيقية ليتيحوا لهم فرصة التألق التي يستحقونها في القنوات، و أن يكفّوا عن تمرير فلان على القناة لأنه ابن عميست أو شريك في ضرع البقرة الحلوب !
