خوصصة الدولة

قرأت تصريحات وزير الداخلية التي هدد فيها أعوان الحرس البلدي المحتجين بالعقاب وبإمكانية فصلهم من السلك، ولم أجد أي تبرير لمثل هذا التصعيد في اللهجة الذي لجأ إليه ولد قابلية سوى أنه يعتقد بأن كل ما يقع تحت وصاية وزارة الداخلية يعد ملكية خاصة ولا يحق لأحد مناقشته أو الجدال حوله. فهل يعقل أن يهدد الوزير أعوان الحرس البلدي الذين لم تخفهم تهديدات الجماعات الإرهابية يوم أن اختاروا حمل السلاح والدفاع عن الجمهورية؟
قد يكون وزير الداخلية قد نسي أو تناسى أن الحرس البلدي هم الذين واجهوا ''الجيا'' التي دعا عناصرها إلى مقاطعة المدرسة والانتخابات في95 بشعار ''الفوط أو الدم في الحيوط''، بدليل أن الوزير لم يستطع أن يصبر على احتجاجهم يومين فقط، ليقوم بإطلاق تصريحات ضدهم، أقل ما يقال عنها أنها نارية، رغم أن هؤلاء الأعوان صبروا لأكثـر من عشرية كاملة دون أن يسمع لهم أحد كلمة ''أح'' أو التفوّه بشكوى واحدة، علما أن معاناتهم لا تختلف عمن يمسك بـ''الجمرة'' بفمه، ويكفي أنهم كانوا طيلة سنوات الدم والدمار في الخط الأول من النار.
وما يزيد من الغصة في القلب، أن وزراء هذه الحكومة الميمونة يتحدثون وكأنهم هم الأشخاص الوحيدون الشرعيون في هذه البلاد، وما دونهم من أبناء هذا الشعب كل ما يفعلونه يفتقد للشرعية. فمطالبة عناصر الحرس البلدي بحقوقهم تعتبر، حسب ولد قابلية، ''عصيانا وتمردا''، وما ينادي به الأطباء المقيمون ''غير شرعي''، حسب ولد عباس، وما يهتف به طلبة الجامعات ''غير قانوني''، استنادا لتصورات رشيد حراوبية وغيره من المسؤولين. والأغرب من ذلك كله، أن لا أحد من وزراء الحكومة الموقرين، قدم شهادة اعتراف بتقصير أو بتهاون في قطاعه، رغم أن كل الدلائل تقول إنها ''مخروبة'' منذ زمان. فهل بعد خوصصة الاقتصاد، تمت خوصصة الدولة إلى هذا الحد الذي أضحى فيه الشعب كله ''شياطين'' والوزراء وحدهم هم الملائكة وأصحاب العقل والحق في هذا البلد؟
لم يجانب الصواب من قال إن ''الثورة كالقطة تأكل أولادها''، إذ بمجرد أن بدأت ترتسم معالم الأمن الأولى في البلاد، بفضل جهود أبناء الشعب من جيش وشرطة وحرس بلدي وأطباء وطلبة وعمال وموظفين وحتى بطالين، حتى بدأت التضحيات بالذين استعانت بهم الجمهورية لحمايتها في أيام كان جزاء من يتحمّل فيها مسؤولية الدفاع عن الدولة، القتل بالمحشوشة أو الذبح بالمنشار الحافي. إن لسان حال الشعب ليس بمقدوره سوى تذكر المثل الشعبي القائل ''وين كنتو يا لكباش عندما كنا جزارة''.

هذه هي سياسة النظام البوليسي القمعي الذي لا ينتظر من الشعب سوى التصفيق و المدح و الثناء أما إذا طالب بجزء من حقوقه (وليس كلها) فإن جزائه هو التهديد والوعيد. بالمناسبة فقد فعل بن بوزيد أكثر من ذلك........

السلام عليكم

أظنّ أنه كان من الأجدر أن يكون العنوان "تأميم الشعب"
كلما كان هناك احتجاج في قطاع ما أو التّلويح باضراب أو اعتصام لا نسمع الّا كلمة واحدة من الوزراء : غلام الله يتوعد الأئمة بالفصل , بن بوزيد يتوعد الأساتذة بالفصل أو باقتطاع... , زرهوني يتوعد , ولد قابلية يتوعد ... لم أقرأ أبدا أن واحدا منهم قال من الوهلة الأولى هيّا نتحاور و أتحدّى أيا كان أن يأتيني بموقف واحد من أي وزير .
كأنّ ما يطبّق علينا هو قانون السجون (Action/Réaction), سبحان الله

هؤلاء من كانوا يسمّون وقت الأزمة "رجال واقفون" ركّعهم الهمّ و الفاقة و المستقبل المظلم و نكران الجميل . مثلهم كمثل العبيد المجالدين في العصر الروماني ...

لهذا فهم قرّروا ان يثبتوا واقفين الى غاية تحقيق مطالبهم المشروعة جدا .

الأغرب في اعتصام الحرس البلدي هو الخبر في نفس عدد المقالة

"وعود من الرئاسة بزيادة 10 آلاف دينار و تعويض بـ 580 ألف دينار"

و كأن السلطة برأسين الرئاسة و الحكومة ... هذا يتوعد و الآخر يستجيب نسبيا ...

ما هذا العجب العجاب !!!

المضحك أنه بينما كنت مع سائق تاكسي نتحدث عن إحتجاج شعبي في مدينتي و غلق الطريق و هو مدخل رئيسي للمدينة لمعظم النهار، أخبرني ساكن الحي أنهم من سنوات طويلة يطالبون السلطات بتصليح مجاري "نتنت" عليهم حياتهم و ما أن تم الإحتجاج بطريقة قطع الطريق، مررنا على أصحاب الكوستيمات وافقون شخصيا على أعمال التصليح على قدم و ساق ... فقلت و الله دنيا طرائف : يقول البعض أننا شعب تاع عصا بينما الظاهر أنها الحكومة هي تاع عصا لا تتحرك مصالحها إلا بالتهديد الشعبي.

و عليه فيبدو أن وزير الداخلية لم يفهم انقلاب المعادلة فالشعب صار حامل العصا بدل الحكومة.

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله يذكرني تعامل السلطات مع المضربين و تعامل المصربين مع السلطات بقصة حقيقية فيها من الطرافة و المعاني ما فيها ..حيث حدثني صديق لي أنه ينتمي إلى دشرة في الشرق الجزائري معروفين بأنو راسهم يابس و لو دهس حقهم يطبقون مقولة معزة و لو طارت و تاغنانت ..يوم من الايام مر موكب سيارات عروس بسرعة مرمدهم و غبر الحالة عليهم بعد ثلاث ساعات عاد الموكب و لكن هاته المرة مر عليهم بالسرعة الاولى 10 كلم في الساعة لأنهم أقاموا ممهلات عالية و حصينة ..السلطة عندنا لا تفهم إلا بالتغنانات و الإحتجاجات و الإضرابات و قطع الطرقات بالمتاريس هناك اناس لديهم سنوات يطالبون بحقهم بطرق سليمة و مراسلات قانونية مثلا حول مسكن او شقة و لكن لا حياة لمن تنادي و هناك من هجم على المدينة من خمس سنوات و أقام براكة ثم قطع الطريق و اشعل عجلة مطاطاية فيعطونه الشقة ...لله في خلقه شؤون
