مفاوضات سرية بين المغرب وتل أبيب مقابل الحصول على الدعم الإسرائيلي في قضية الصحراء الغربية

تكشف وثيقة سرية تتضمن نص برقية موجهة من مصالح السفارة الأمريكية بالمغرب إلى وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية في واشنطن، تفاصيل محادثات سرية جرت بين مسؤولين مغاربة ونظرائهم من ''إسرائيل''، خلال زيارة قادت وفدا من مسؤولين صهاينة إلى المغرب منتصف عام 2009 أي4 أشهر بعد العدوان الاسرائيلي على غزة.
وجاء في الوثيقة أن المسؤولين المغاربة تفاوضوا مع نظرائهم الإسرائيليين حول 3 نقاط رئيسية، تمثلت في السماح للطائرات الإسرائيلية بالتحليق في المجال الجوي المغربي، وتقديم الدعم المغربي للسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية بقيادة محمود عباس ضد حركة ''حماس''، مقابل حصول النظام المغربي على دعم إسرائيل المطلق في المحافل الدولية، من خلال مساندة مرشحي المغرب لرئاسة بعض المنظمات الدولية ودعم أطروحاتها في المنابر الدولية، في إشارة إلى قضية الصحراء الغربية.
وفي التفاصيل، تقول البرقية الأمريكية السرية أن مسؤولين إسرائيليين وهما إيلان شلين مايكل، المسؤول عن ملف المغرب العربي وسوريا ولبنان في وزارة الخارجية الإسرائيلية، إلى جانب تيكوشينسكي وهو مسؤول بوزارة الدفاع الإسرائيلية مكلف بملف مراقبة التسلح، زارا العاصمة المغربية الرباط في شهر جوان من عام 2009 للمشاركة في ندوة دولية حول مكافحة الإرهاب النووي، حيث التقى المسؤولان الإسرائيليان الأمين العام لوزارة الخارجية المغربية يوسف عمراني الذي تحدث مع زائريه بشأن الطلب المقدم للحكومة المغربية من طرف تل أبيب بالسماح لتحليق طائرات إسرائيلية في المجال الجوي المغربي، أين وعدهم بدراسة الملف في غضون يوم واحد.
كما تناول الجانبان طلبا آخر تقدم به الإسرائيليون تمثل في تقديم الدعم الدبلوماسي المغربي للسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية تحت قيادة محمود عباس لمواجهة حركة حماس. وبالمقابل، فقد وعد الإسرائيليون نظام المخزن المغربي بدعمهم في المحافل والمؤسسات الدولية، من خلال مساندة أطروحات المغرب في بعض القضايا لدى طرحها للنقاش في إشارة إلى القضية الصحراوية، بالإضافة إلى المساهمة في انتخاب أو اختيار مرشحي المغرب لعضوية العديد من المنظمات الدولية.
وبعيدا عن لغة الدبلوماسية والمجاملة، تكشف البرقية الأمريكية السرية، جانبا من حديث جرى ''تحت الطاولة'' بين الدبلوماسيين الإسرائيليين ومسؤول بالسفارة الأمريكية في المغرب، حيث وصف ممثلا إسرائيل المسؤولين المغاربة بأنهم كثيري الكلام وثرثارين، كونهم يقدمون الوعود ولا ينفذونها.
