القذافي في ثانوية أحمد باي و ورود نقية تقول وامعتصماه

أنا أستاذة بثانوية بقسنطينة أعمل بتفاني منذ سنة 1989 ولي سمعة طيبة و الحمد لله ناجحة في احترام عملي و تأديته بكل أمانة تميزت بابداء رأيي بصراحة حتى لو كان ذلك على حساب أشياء كثيرة و طبعا هذا الامر خلق لي لن أقول أعداء لأنني لا أحب استعمال هذه الكلمة بل أقول بعض ضعاف النفوس الذين لا يملكون القدرة على العمل كالتي أملكها و رغم هذا لم أعرهم اهتماما و لم أواجه أحدا بل عاملتهم معاملة طيبة ذلك لأن مدير الثانوية آنذاك رجل ادارة ناجح و رجل مواقف
يحدث أن قدم الى الثانوية مدير جديد في السنوات الأخيرة استطاعوا السيطرة على مسامعه و على قراراته و توجهاته أيضا وبات يحيك لي الدسائس بمساعدة هؤلاء
واملك الأدلة على كلامي هذا تبين الظلم الذي اتعرض اليه و الانتهاكات التي يمارسها ضدي منذ قدومه سلطت علي عقوبات من طرف الوصاية بسبب التقارير الكاذبة التي كان يرسلها خفية و يشهد أشخاصا يعملون معي حيث أنه و حتى يؤخذ كلامه بعين الاعتبار في مديرية التربية يجري تحقيقا داخل الثانوية و يشهد أشخاصا على أشياء غير موجودة أصلا و كان كل شيء يتم بخفية و أنا منهمكة في عملي داخل القسم الى أن يأتيني استدعاء من مديرية التربية و يبلغونني بانني متهمة و تعرضت لظلم لا يتحمله بشر و و حتى كفاءتي المهنية هدمها بطريقته و الجميع يشهد لي بهذه الأخيرة فلقد جاءني بمفتش المادة السابق ونحن في صراع مرير لينتقم مني و لم يزعزعني هذا الامر لأنني أعرف رسالتي جيدا و لا أشك في قدراتي و لكنني لم أصدق ما حدث المفتش يناقشني بعد الزيارة بطريقة غريبة و الاغرب هو التقرير الذي حرره فيما بعد يحمل أاشياء غير حقيقية وتناقضات في التقرير حيث أنه أخفى حقائق كان من المفروض ذكرها في التقرير حتى يكون كلامه منطقيا و لقد ترك بصمة ظلمه لي في التقرير و لم ينتبه لذلك فهو يدون تاريخ الزيارة يوم10مارس و حرر التقرير يوم3مارس علما أن هناك نموذج وزاري يقوم المفتش بملئ
الفراغات حسب مايلاحظه أثناء الزيارة و الامر من ذلك أنه ختمه بملاحظة رديئ جدا و زوده بأظعف علامة في الدرجة الخاصة بي آنذاك و طبعا اعتبرها
تهديما لمعنوياتي و لم يكن و اءها هدفا تربويا
يحدث أن تقع حوادث خطيرة في ثانويتنا (اخلاس ملاييرمن أموال المؤسسة) قدمت لجانا من المديرية و من الوزارة و بعد التحقيقات تم توقيف الطاقم الاداري و
على رأسهم مدير الثانوية و غادر فعلا الثانوية و جاءنا مدير جديد وما ان تنفست الصعداء حتى عاد الى عمله و يقال أنه بريئ مما نسب اليه و اعلمكم أنه اتهم أولا بتهمة سوء التسيير بحضور جميع العاملين بالمؤسسة و بحضور مديرية التربية فاذا كان بريئا من تهمة التواطؤ في الاختلاس و انا لا اشك في ذلك فكيف
نفذ من تهمة سوء التسيير التي هي أخطر من الاختلاس لأنها تؤدي بالثانوية الى الهاوية و هو الشيئ الذي نعاني منه الآن فالثانوية تسبح في فوضى عارمة
وعاد المدير.....
لقد عاد لينتقم أنه الأن يرميني باحجار من سجيل و لن أدخل في التفاصيل لأنني فعلا انهرت نفسيا و لن أقوى على ذلك
طلبت لجنة تحقيق من المديرية و لكنه يدفعني الى الخطا يوميا و قيل لي اتركيك من هذا الامر انهم لن يفعلوا له شيء
هل هو فرعون زمانه هل أبقى تحت هذا الذل و أنا على أرض الجزائر لقد قلت لاحدهم من مديرية التربية الذي قدم الى الثانوية بطريقة غير قانونية للتحقيق معي
ان المدير يمارس ضدي ارهابا معنويا يوميا انني أعيش في عصر العبيد و لم يابه لكلامي
و لأنني جزائرية قررت أن اصرخ و لن اسكت و هو السبب الذي جعلني أكتب لكل المواقع و المنتديات ما هو الحل
أعلم ان القانون المدني يحمي الموظف من الاهانات سواء كانت جسدية او لفظية أو حتى بالاشارة وما أكثر اهاناته لي و حتى أمام التلاميذ لذلك كتبت للمنتدى حتى تقترحوا
علي الطريقة القانونية التي أنطلق بها و جزاكم الله خير
