رفض جزائري للتقرير الأمريكي عن حقوق الانسان في الجزائر

الجزائر ـ انتقد رئيس اللجنة الاستشارية لترقية وحماية حقوق الإنسان التابعة للرئاسة الجزائرية فاروق قسنطيني التقرير الأمريكي الخاص بحقوق الإنسان في بلاده، واعتبر أن المسؤولين الأمريكيين يصوّرون الجزائر بأنها "دكتاتورية عسكرية بوليسية" لاعتبارات سياسية بحتة.

وقال قسنطيني في تصريح ''هناك مبالغة في حق الجزائر تتطور سنويا ما يعكس الطابع السياسي البحت في جرد هذا التقرير" بخصوص وضعية السجون واتساع رقعة الفساد وتقييد حرية الصحافة وحقوق العمال والأحزاب ومراقبة الإنترنت، ما عدا ما تعلق بقرار الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة توسيع مشاركة المرأة في الحياة السياسية".

ووصف قسنطيني المقرب من بوتفليقة التقرير الأمريكي "بالفاضح والمبالغ فيه".

وقال ''كل عام تتطور السلبيات في تقرير الأمريكان عكس الواقع تماما.. بينما مسألة حرية التعبير ليست بالقتامة الواردة والتي تشبهنا بالوضع في ليبيا".

وتابع ''لسنا الدانمارك لكننا لسنا كما جاء في التقرير والذي يصورنا دكتاتورية عسكرية بوليسية''.

وانتقد المسؤول الحقوقي عدم إشارة التقرير إلى قرار بوتفليقة رفع حالة الطوارئ التي فرضت لمدة 19 عاما (1992-2011) مرجحا أن يكون تعامل الحكومة الجزائرية مع المسيرات التي تنظمها فصائل من المعارضة كل يوم سبت منذ أكثر من شهرين من خلال منعها بالقوة، قد ساهم في "شحن التقرير" إزاء وضعية حقوق الإنسان في الجزائر.
واعتبر قسنطيني التقرير الأمريكي "غريبا جدا" بحيث يضع الجزائر "في المراتب الأخيرة رغم أن الأمور تحسنت بوجود بعض النقائص''.

وقال "الأمريكان كان عليهم تشجيع الجزائر للاستمرار في تحسين أوضاع حقوق الإنسان لكنهم هكذا يحبطون البلاد ويتصادمون معنا والغريب أنهم يصنفون إسرائيل جنة الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان".

وقال قسنطيني أن التقرير الأمريكي "يقوم على حسابات سياسية" لأن الحكومة الأمريكية " ترغب في تركيع الجزائر التي جعلتها ثورة التحرير لا تركع وأتصور أن ضغط الأمريكيين سيستمر سنويا".(يو بي أي).
