600 دعوى قضائية ضد صيادلة غير مسجلين وغلق 12 صيدلية باعت المهلوسات


أخطرت المديرية المركزية للصيدلة والمجلس الوطني لأخلاقيات مهنة الصيدلة صيدليات الوطن باكتشاف عينات من "أنسولين" مشبوه يُشكل خطرا على صحة المواطنين أدخله مجهولون إلى السوق الوطنية بطريقة غير شرعية ودون مراقبة جمركية أومخابر مراقبة الأدوية، كما رفع المجلس دعاوي قضائية ضد 600 صيدلي يمارسون نشاطهم دون التسجيل في المجلس فضلا عن غلق 12صيدلية بسبب بيعها لمهلوسات دون وصفات طبية.



حذّرت أمس، تعليمة وزارية موجهة لجميع مديري الصحة الولائيين تحصلت الشروق على نسخة منها من تسويق بعض الصيدليات والجهات المجهولة لأنسولين مشتبه فيه دخل إلى السوق الوطنية بطريقة غير شرعية ودون مروره على المراقبة الجمركية أو مخابر مراقبة الأدوية للتأكد من سلامته، كما تبرأ المخبر المنتج للأنسولين من مسؤولية تصدير كميات من أنسولين "ميكستارد 30 أش أم" من دفعة "أيغرك أس 62147 " ودفعة "إكس أس 63718" إلى الجزائر، حيث يرجح أن عملية ترويج هذه الدفعات تمت بطريقة غير شرعية عبر "بزناسية" اقتنوا كميات هائلة من الدواء من السوق الأوربية وأدخلوها عن طريق التهريب.
وفتحت مصالح وزارة الصحة بالتنسيق مع المجلس الوطني لأخلاقيات مهنة الصيدلة تحقيقا قصد تحديد المسؤولين عن إغراق السوق الوطنية بـ"أنسولين" مشبوه بالإضافة إلى سحب جميع الكميات المسوّقة من الصيدليات والحاملة للرقمين التسلسليين المشتبه فيهما بعد العثور على تسويق عينات منه غرب البلاد خاصة بولاية مستغانم، حيث يشكل الدواء خطرا على صحة متعاطيه لعدم خضوعه لمختلف اختبارات رقابة الصحة العمومية، كما رفع المجلس الوطني لأخلاقيات مهنة الصيدلة دعاوي قضائية ضد 600 صيدلية لم تصرح بنشاطها على مستوى المجلس باعتباره الهيئة العليا المؤطرة لمهنة الصيدلة في الجزائر.
وأشار صناديقي محمد صبحي نائب رئيس المجلس إلى أن 15 صيدلية سحبت منها تراخيص النشاط بسبب ارتكابها لمخالفات مهنية منها 12 صيدلية باعت أدوية مهلوسة دون وصفات طبية، مشيرا إلى أن مخطط ندرة الأدوية في الجزائر أصبح معروفا ودوريا، حيث تشهد نهاية شهر أفريل ندرة حادة بسبب عدم استلام الجزائر لطلبيات الدفعات الجديدة من الأدوية إلى غاية مطلع شهر ماي.

ويمنح القانون العام لأخلاقيات المهنة للمجلس صلاحية الفصل النهائي في الشكاوى المرفوعة ضد الصيادلة سواء من قبل الوصاية انطلاقا من نتائج تحقيقات المفتشين المركزيين لوزارة الصحة والسكان وإصلاح المستشفيات أو شكاوى المواطنين ضد أي صيدلية على المستوى الوطني أخلّت بالقانون المؤطر للمهنة وسواء بلجوء صاحب الصيدلية لكراء الشهادة العلمية من المتخرجين حديثا من كليات ومعاهد الصيدلية، حيث تتحول الصيدلية إلى مجرد محل تجاري حيث عالج المجلس 300 قضية في هذا الإطار وأغلقت 60 صيدلية بسبب إيجار الشهادة بالإضافة إلى فصله في قضايا تتعلق ببيع الدواء دون رخصة أوبيع أدوية فاسدة ومنتهية الصلاحية أو قضايا نزاع بين الصيدليين في إطار أخلاقيات المهنة، حيث يُلزم القانون أن تكون المسافة الفاصلة بين صيدلية وصيدلية لا تقل عن 200 متر وبمعدل صيدلية واحدة لكل 5 آلاف ساكن وأن لا تقل مساحة محل الصيدلي 50 مترا مربعا.
