الانتقالي الليبي يرفض المبادرة الأفريقية

المجلس اعتبر أن المبادرة تجاوزها الزمن


أعلن المجلس اتلوطني الأنتقالي في ليبيا رفضه خطة الاتحاد الأفريقي لحل الأزمة في البلاد مشددا على أن أي مبادرة يجب أن تتضمن رحيل السفاحعن السلطة، وهو ما أكدته أيضا وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية هيلاري كلينتون.
ففي بنغازي أعلن رئيس المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي مصطفى عبد الجليل بعد محادثات للمجلس مع وفد الوساطة الأفريقي، رفض المبادرة الأفريقية. وقال "إن المبادرة تجاوزها الزمن".
وأضاف في مؤتمر صحفي أن المبادرة الأفريقية لا تلبي تطلعات الشعب الليبي ولا تتضمن رحيل السفاح وأبنائه عن المشهد الليبي، مشددا على أن أي مبادرة لا تتضمن هذا المطلب جديرة بعدم الالتفات إليها.
ودعا عبد الجليل السفاح وأبناءه إلى الرحيل فورا، وقال "على القذافي أن يرحل إن أراد النجاة بنفسه وإلا فإن طوفان الجماهير سيكتسحه".
وكانت اللجنة الرفيعة المستوى المشكلة من الاتحاد الأفريقي بشأن ليبيا قد وصلت في وقت سابق إلى بنغازي حيث عرضت على المجلس الوطني الانتقالي خريطة طريق تنص على وقف الغارات الجوية التي يشنها حلف شمال الأطلسي.
وأجرى الوفد أمس محادثات في طرابلس مع الاسفاح في محاولة للتوصل إلى وقف لإطلاق النار في ليبيا. وقال جاكوب زوما رئيس جنوب أفريقيا إنّ السفاح قبل خريطة طريق لتسوية الأزمة الليبية طرحتها عليه اللجنة لحل الأزمة.
وكان الاتحاد الأفريقي قد دعا الأحد الماضي إلى وقف القتال فورا في ليبيا, واقترح إقامة فترة انتقالية لتبني إصلاحات.
وقد خرجت مظاهرة في بنغازي ضد وجود وفد الاتحاد الأفريقي في المدينة. وندد المتظاهرون بجهود الوساطة الأفريقية لأنها لا تتحدث عن ذهابالسفاح من الحكم.

الوفد الأفريقي التقى القذافي في طرابلس

في هذه الأثناء قالت وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية هيلاري كلينتون في معرض تعليقها على مبادرة الاتحاد الأفريقي بشأن ليبيا، إن الولايات المتحدة تريد أن يحدث انتقال في ليبيا يؤدي إلى رحيل السفاح عن السلطة وعن ليبيا.
وأضافت "أميركا تريد وقفا لإطلاق النار في ليبيا وانسحاب كل قوات النظام من المناطق التي دخلتها بالقوة وتدفق المعونة الإنسانية".
من جهة ثانية قال وزير الخارجية البريطاني وليام هيغ اليوم الاثنين إن أي وقف مقترح لإطلاق النار في ليبيا ينبغي أن يلبي الشروط التي وضعتها الأمم المتحدة.
وأضاف "لا ينبغي إبرام وقف لإطلاق النار لا يلبي شروط قراري مجلس الأمن رقم 1970 و1973 بالكامل أو لا يقبله من يمثلون المعارضة في ليبيا بمن فيهم المجلس الوطني الانتقالي".
وأضاف في مؤتمر صحفي مشترك مع وزير خارجية إيطاليا فرانكو فراتيني "أي شيء دون ذلك سيكون خيانة لشعب ليبيا وسيصب في مصلحة النظام الذي أعلن وقفين وهميين لإطلاق النار منذ بدء القتال دون أن تتوقف الحملة العسكرية الشرسة التي يشنها ولو للحظة". وقال هيغ وفراتيني إن على السفاح أن يرحل عن السلطة.
