قلة خبرة بعض السيدات فى وضع الماكياج عادة ما تدفعهن للقيام ببعض الأخطاء التي تتسبب فى إظهارهن بشكل يبدو أكبر سنا مما هن عليه بالفعل. لهذا يقدم لك خبراء الجمال أهم تلك الأخطاء المتعلقة بالماكياج وتصفيف الشعر التي يجب تجنبها.

ظل الجفون اللامع
تقول Polly Blitzer - خبيرة التجميل ورئيسة تحرير موقع BlitzerPolly المتخصص في شئون جمال المرأة- إن أولى المناطق التي تبدو عليها علامات التقدم في العمر والشيخوخة هي المنطقة المحيطة بالعينين، حيث يقل معدل إفراز البشرة للزيوت في تلك المنطقة ويلاحظ انتشار التجاعيد مبكراً، لذا تنصح بعدم استخدام ظلال الجفون اللامعة نهائيا في هذه المنطقة لأنها عادة ما تتجمع داخل ثنيات الجلد وتظهر التجاعيد بشكل أكبر

أحمر الشفاه الداكن
تحذر Blitzer أيضا من وضع أحمر شفاه بلون داكن على الشفاه إذا كانت ممتلئة بالثنيات الرأسية. لأنه سيتجمع داخل تلك الثنيات بعد وضعه بدقائق مما يجعلها تبدو متشققة أو جافة للغاية. يمكنك بدلا من ذلك استخدام أحمر شفاه بلون قريب من لون لبشرة مثل الوردي أو البيج ووضع طبقة من ملمع الشفاه من الاعلى. بهذه الطريقة ستحصلين على شفاه ممتلئة فاتنة

استخدام البودرة البرونزية حول العين
من الاخطاء الشائعة أيضا فى استخدام مستحضرات التجميل، وضع البودرة البرونزية على البشرة المحيطة بالعين. فالقيام بذلك بشكل متكرر يتسبب فى إظهار الهالات السوداء حول العين فيما بعد والتى عادة ما تظهرك بلوك شاحب يخفي حقيقة صغر سنك، وذلك وفقا لحديث خبيرة التجميل Scott Barnes، ولكي تحصلي على وجه مشرق اكثر شبابا تنصحك Barnes بوضع البودرة البرونزية علي حدود الوجه وخط الفكين والرقبة.

عدم استخدام الإسفنجة عند توزيع كريم الأساس
إذا كنت تظنين أن وضع كمية كبيرة من كريم الأساس على الوجه دون توزيعه بشكل تام سيساعدك على إخفاء التجاعيد. فأنت مخطئة فى ذلك. بل سيظهر ذلك التجاعيد بشكل أكبر كما أنه سيجعل ملمس وجهك دهنيا منفرا. لتجنب ذلك وزعي كريم الأساس جيدا بعد وضعه باستخدام الاسفنجة المخصصة لذلك . بللي الاسفنجة ثم اضغطي بها على مختلف مناطق الوجه.

الشعر الطويل والغرة الكثيفة
وبعيدا عن الماكياج، يقول خبير التجميل Mark Garrison المالك لأحد صالونات التجميل إن أكبر خطأ يمكنك ارتكابه هو قص غرة سميكة حول الوجه مع الشعر المنسدل الطويل خاصة إذا كنت تعانين من بعض الترهلات فى الوجه فهذه التصفيفة ستزيد من مظهر الترهلات. ويفضل بدلا من ذلك قص الشعر بشكل متدرج لإبراز عظام الوجه وإخفاء مظهر الترهلات.

التجفيف الزائد للشعر
كثرة صبغ الشعر وفرده باستخدام ألات التصفيف الحرارية سيجعل شعرك فيما بعد يبدو جافا باهتا يفقد لمعانه الطبيعي وكأنه محترق مما يجعلك تبدين أكبر سناً مما أنت عليه بالفعل. لهذا ينصحك Garrison بعدم صبغ الشعر كثيرا والاكتفاء بصبغة مرة واحدة كل أربعة أسابيع واستخدام شامبو وبلسم عالي الجودة وإعداد حمام كريم فائق الترطيب كل أسبوع للحفاظ على شعرك صحيا ولامعا. كما ينصحك بتغيير قصة شعرك من حين لآخر للتخلص من المظهر التقليدي الذي يراك به الآخرون طوال الوقت
