دعوة إلى التمرد على قانون منع النقاب بفرنسا

ذكرت الثلاثاء تقارير إعلامية أن الشرطة الفرنسية اعتقلت ثلاث سيدات منقبات، وعدداً آخر من المحتجين أمام كاتدرائية "نوتدردام باريس" لمشاركتهم في تظاهرة مناهضة لقانون حظر النقاب في الأماكن العامة الذي دخل يوم الأحد 10 أفريل حيز التنفيذ في فرنسا والتي أضحت أول بلد أوروبي يعتمد قانوناً يحظر على المرأة تغطية الوجه في الأماكن العامة، والذي أقرّ وزير الداخلية الفرنسي كلود غيان بصعوبة تطبيقه في يومه الأول، لكنه أكد على أنه "سيُحترم".
وكان قانون حظر النقاب الذي أقرته فرنسا قد أثار جدلا واسعا ونقاشا في الأوساط الفرنسية، حيث نصح رؤساء الجاليات المسلمة النساء المسلمات بضرورة تطبيق القانون والامتثال له مع تقديم دعوى قضائية أمام القضاء الفرنسي في حال شعورهن بالظلم وهذا تزامنا مع تعليمات وجهت لأعوان الشرطة الفرنسية بعدم التعرض لنزع نقاب المرأة في حال عدم امتثالها للقانون ولكن تكون مجبرة على دفع الغرامة.
وقد دعا رجل الأعمال الفرنسي الجزائري رشيد نيكاز رئيس جمعية "أبتعد عن دستورى" النساء المنقبات في فرنسا إلى التمرد ضد قانون فرض حظر النقاب، رافعا شعار لا تخفن"، و قد أقدم رجل الأعمال الجزائري على بيع أحد ممتلكاته في باريس ليضع 200.000 يورو في صندوق دفع الغرامات لأي امرأة تتعرض لدفع هذه الغرامات لارتدائها النقاب، وتم وضع ما يقرب من 42.000 يورو من مجهولين في هذا الصندوق وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى مليون يورو وهو ما يكفى لدفع غرامات لمدة عامين على الأقل ووصف نكاز في حوار لصحيفة اسبانية القانون بأنه "غير عادل وغير دستورى ولا يحترم الحقوق الإنسانية".
