أحد المسؤولين نقل ابنه من المدرسة التي يدرس فيها ببلدية سطاوالي في الجزائر العاصمة، إلى مدرسة قريبة، رغم أن الموسم الدراسي لم يبق منه سوى فصل واحد. وسبب القرار الفجائي للمسؤول إياه هو أن ابنه الذي يدرس في السنة الثـانية ابتدائي تحصل على معدل 2 من 10 في الفصلين الأول والثـاني، الأمر الذي جعل انتقاله إلى المستوى الأعلى معقدا للغاية. لكن، ولأن ''الجزائر بلد المعجزات''، فإن المعني حصل على ''ضمانات'' من مدير المدرسة الثـانية بنجاح ابنه، من خلال تضخيم نقاطه في الفصل الثـالث.

يتردّد مدير إحدى الهيئات الإدارية بالشلف على عدد من المشعوذين و''قارئي الكف'' من أجل طمأنته على مستقبله الشخصي والمهني، بعدما انفجرت عدة فضائح في الإدارة التي يسيّرها. وأسرّ هذا المدير لأحد مقربيه أنه لم يجد حلا غير اللجوء إلى المشعوذين و''الطلبة''، بعد أن فقد الاتصال بجميع المسؤولين الذين غيروا شرائح هواتفهم تهرّبا منه، فأصبح يواجه مصيره لوحده بعدما انفض من حوله الجميع

وعد موظفون كبار في رئاسة الجمهورية مقاولا من غرداية بحل مشكلته، المتعلقة بديون مترتبة على إدارات عمومية لم يحصل عليها منذ عام 1983، أي منذ حوالي 30 سنة. وبعد أن انتظر المقاول عدة أشهر دون حصول أي تطور في قضيته، فهم أن ما حصل عليه مجرد وعود. لكن ما حز في نفسه هو أن المؤسسة الأكثـر حساسية في البلد لم تحل مشكلته. فمن يحلها؟

قبل عام ونصف، اضطر سكان حي الحرية ببلدية خرايسية في الجزائر العاصمة، أمام تماطل مؤسسة ''سيال''، إلى إنجاز شبكة لقنوات المياه الصالحة للشرب بتكلفة وصلت إلى 100 مليون سنتيم، دفعوها من مالهم الخاص. لكن الذي حدث أن المؤسسة المذكورة اقتلعت القنوات، بمبرّر أن هذه الأشغال من اختصاصها فقط، ووعدت السكان، حينها، بوضع شبكة أخرى ''في ظرف أيام''، وهو ما لم يحدث إلى اليوم. والنتيجة أن مواطني هذا الحي خسروا 100 مليون دون أن تتدفق ولو قطرة ماء واحدة من حنفياتهم، بسبب منطق غريب لمؤسسة فرنسية نسيت على ما يبدو الاحترافية في فرنسا

يجتهد مسؤول كبير في ولاية سيدي بلعباس، ينحدر من العاصمة، في عرض خدماته على مسؤولين محليين في العاصمة، وتقديم كل التسهيلات لهم في الولاية التي يعمل بها حاليا. والغرض، حسب مصادرنا، هو تسهيل حصول ابنه على سكن اجتماعي.


قطعت مقاولة متعاقدة مع شركة سونلغاز بغرداية التيار الكهربائي، عن مشترك في بلدية العطف لأنه تأخر في دفع مبلغ 140 دينار. وكان من الممكن تقبل عملية القطع لو لم تتم مباشرة من العمود، وهو عمل في غاية الغرابة، لكن الأكثـر غرابة أنه عندما طلب المواطن المسكين إعادة التيار اشترط عليه تسديد 5000 دينار تمثل ''غرامة التأخير وتكلفة إعادة التيار''

تمكن رجل أعمال من الاستيلاء على ألف متر مربع من الوعاء العقاري الذي استرجعته بلدية حيدرة في الجزائر العاصمة من عملية ترحيل سكان حي دودو مختار القصديري. ورغم أن القوانين تمنع التنازل عن العقار المسترجع من هدم البيوت القصديرية، إلا أن صاحبنا ''لهف'' الألف متر مربع وأحاطها بسياج دون أي محاولة من مسؤولي بلدية حيدرة والولاية المنتدبة لدائرة بئر مراد رايس لفرض القانون وإلزام رجل الأعمال بإزالة السياج و''الإفراج'' عن القطعة الأرضية.
