السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ، أولا لا نختلف في حسني مبارك
من حيث كان رئيس ، و لكن هل من الأخلاق محاكمته في ظل
ثبات على سياسته ، و سياسة من كان قبله ،
أليس طي صفحة الماضي هي من قوة الثورة إن كانت الثورة
, هل محاكمة حسني مبارك ، لا تدخل معه مصر في دوامة
الانتقامات او المحاكمات الصورية وفق تهمك زائفة أو حقيقة
ألم يكن الشعب المصري أغلبه مصفقا لسياسة حسني مبارك
و اليوم أصبح مجرم ،
لو تكلمنا من جهتنا نحن كجزائريين ، أليس الأولى محاكمة
الأبواق الإعلامية التي تطاولت على الجزائر وحليا أصبح
حسني ونظامه شماعة ، أليسوا كانوا بيادق و عبيد في
يدهم وان طالت المحاكمة حسني تطول على الاقل نصف
الشعبي المصري ،

يلوح للأفق من تعثر نتائج الاستقرار في بلد ما ، وحينما يلجأ إلى المحاكمة
كأسلوب انتقامي بدل أسلوب العدل تغيب معه الرؤية السياسية الواضحة
ولنا في جنوب إفريقيا عبرة ، حينما تم القضاء على الابرتايد ،
ذهبوا إلى ما يسمى طي الصفحة مع ان الجرائم عظيمة و كبيرة في تلك
البلد ،
و ان تحدثنا عن الجانب الأخلاقي لأن لو تحدثنا عن المحاكمة تطول
و تطول ، ,يكون فيها الضحية والجلاد معا في نفس المكان لأنه
تنتج على التسرع في الحكم ،
ان الثورات حينما تقوم ، تقوم على أن طي صفحة ماضية بكل ما فيها ،ـ

إن محكمة حسني مبارك لما أتت بعد ان كان التحرك بعض
الشباب المصري لما يسمى مظاهرات ضد السفارة الاسرائلية
لذا القراءة ان المحاكمة تلهية وتعمية ،

من وحي القراءة المتأنية لتداعيات الانتقام و ما
يلوح للأفق من تعثر نتائج الاستقرار في بلد ما ، وحينما يلجأ إلى المحاكمة
كأسلوب انتقامي بدل أسلوب العدل تغيب معه الرؤية السياسية الواضحة
ولنا في جنوب إفريقيا عبرة ، حينما تم القضاء على الابرتايد ،
ذهبوا إلى ما يسمى طي الصفحة مع ان الجرائم عظيمة و كبيرة في تلك
البلد ،
و ان تحدثنا عن الجانب الأخلاقي لأن لو تحدثنا عن المحاكمة تطول
و تطول ، ,يكون فيها الضحية والجلاد معا في نفس المكان لأنه
تنتج على التسرع في الحكم ،
ان الثورات حينما تقوم ، تقوم على أن طي صفحة ماضية بكل ما فيها ،ـ

إن محكمة حسني مبارك لما أتت بعد ان كان التحرك بعض
الشباب المصري لما يسمى مظاهرات ضد السفارة الاسرائلية
لذا القراءة ان المحاكمة تلهية وتعمية ،


قد تكون محق في وجهة نظرك من الناحية السياسية لكن قانونا إن كان التحقيق بطرقه القانونية "الحبس على ذمة التحقيق و ليست هناك محاكمة بعد" فلا حرج أخلاقي البتة.

فيما يخص الأبارتد و وئام جنوب إفريقيا هناك نقص في معلوماتك :
- الأبارتد هُزم سياسيا و شعبيا
- الوئام المدني قام على أساس تخيير الضحية بين المسامحة مشكورا و التنازل عفوا و شهامة أو المطالبة بتطبيق القانون و القرار الأخير غير رجعي، و هذا استثناء عن المحاكمة التقليدية التي لا تترك الجاني حتى و لو سامحته الضحية فوجب التنبيه.

طبعا كان حسني مبارك يمثل رمزا من رموز الدولة كونه رئيس و كذلك "" منتخب "" .

وكونه ايضا خدم بلاده مدة طويلة من الزمن ..

ومحاكمته قد تؤثر على هيبة الرؤساء الذين ياتون من بعده ... و على هيبة السلطة في حد ثاتها .. وفيها شيء من الخجل بينه وبين من كانو تحث امرته .

هذا في ضل الحكم دون أخطاء كبيرة ...

اما وقد حدثت اخطاء كبيرة منه ومن اولاده ..

اعتقد ان محاكمته هي حساب له في الدنيا قبل الاخرة و هي درس لحكام العرب و كل المسلمين ..

ان دوام الحال من المحال .. وان الله يمهل ولا يهمل

أؤيد محاكمته ... ولو كان بيدي لاقترحت عليهم نفيه وعائلته لانها قد تكون مكرمة لهم .

شكرا لا يجب الخلط بين الأمور يا صديقي...إن حسني مبارك كان يمثل مؤسسة من مؤسسات الدولة المصريّة ...و من حق المصريين محاكمته بناء على ذلك ...أما التصفيق له فهي صفة ليست خاصة بالمصريين...و نحن أولم نصفق مطولا لعهد الشاذلي بن جديد وبعد أن غادر الحكم أُلْصِقَتْ به كلّ التهم و صار هو من أوصل الجزائر إلة الحضيص الأسفل؟

اصلا ما سمي بالثورات و ما شابه ذلك في أصل مخطط الهدف منه محاصرة مقدسات المسلمين ، الأيام راح تثبت لكم ذلك مصر سقطت سقطة لن تقوم من يعدها مصر حوصرت اليوم وما يحدث في ليبيا ليس إلا مخطط أمريكي والقذافي ينفذه بدقة محاصرة مصر من جهة الغربية ، و حتى يتمكنو من محاصرة مقدساتنا بشبه الجزيرة ، يعني ما سمي بثورات يخفي الكثير والكثير من الأسرار ، مبارك اصلا قصة محاكمته و سجنه ماهي إلا تخدير إذا هو اصلا تنحى عن الحكم بطلب من كلينتون لا من أوباما الذي يعد خضرة فوق عشى المخطط كبير وأمريكا الرابح الوحيد

الحديث يكون بالرؤية تكون مبنية على التجرد من الأحكام المسبقة ـ
ان تحدثت بصفتي جزائري فإني محكماته لا تكفني أصلا
و ان تحدثنا عن ما كان من التعامل مع إسرائيل فإن
الثأر أكبر و أكبر ، لكن النقاط التي يجب ان نرجع
لها إرضاء للحق الذي سمى الله به نفسه ،
اولا بصفتي جزائري :
تطاول المصريين كان شديد ، و ان كانت حجتهم الحالية
هو تم تغليطهم ، ولكن الجرم هو الجرم والجرح كبير
جدا ، وان اعترافهم بتغليطهم ، وسيرهم وراء أخبار
مغلوطة ،استباحوا بها عرض الجزائر ،
و ان كنا الجزائريين يتسابقون في قبول اعتذار
من سب الجزائر ، و ان كان قبول الاعتذار عند البعض
هو من باب الشهامة ،و عدم قبوله من البعض الأخر
هو ان الجرح لم يشفى ـ
والنقطة الثانية : ما يحدث لفلسطين فإن حسني
مبارك تمادى فيه و تماد العرب كلهم و الكل يتسابق
حول العمالة , وان كان بعض العرب يصفقون لقطر
وجزيرتها المنظر الأول للعمالة ، فكيف بشخص أسقط
تاجه و هاجت عليه الناس و ماجت ـ
و الامر الاخر ان قضية فلسطين لم يتغير فيها شئ
و المجلس الجديد شدّد على التثبت في الاتفاقات الثنائية
و كذا إعادة صك الغفران بإطلاق خط الغاز و حماية
علم إسرائيل ولو بالنار ،
و العاملة مستمرة ، و هل انتصار مصر في كسر
شوكة حسني مبارك و كأن القضية قضية حسني
بمارك فقط، و ان كان كله عيوب ،هل من مسك
مكانه خالي من العيوب وقد كان يده الطولة ،
و مفكره و منظريه حاليا يحاكمه ،
لا يجب ان نختزل العار و الهوان الذي
يعيش فيه العرب ، في شخص فرد ، بل يعتبر
هروب ، ولو كانت محاكمته تعيد مجدنا ،
لطلبنا بتنفيذ القصاص عليه مثل ما فعل
بشجرة الدر ، لكن هي مسرحية أخرى
لكي نلهى مثل الاطفال الصغار وراء
محاكمة لا تنتهي إلا بعد ان ينتهي بتحقيق
حلم إسرائيل في إسرائيل الكبرى , تنهار
كل القيم او ما بقى منها ‘ في أطوار محاكمة

محاكمة مبارك هي فقط من اجل تهدئة الشعب فقط وليس لفرض العدالة .فمصلحة اسرائيل تاتي قبل مصلحة مبارك لذلك وجب التضحية بمبارك من اجل استرجاع الثقة في الحكومة المؤقة والتي هي من اتباع اسرائيل ومنه ضمان سلامة اسرائيل.
اذا كان الشعب ذكي كان الاولى به طرد سفير اسرائيلي اولا ثم محاكمة الخونة.

المجلس العسكري كان مدفوعا إلى خيارين لا ثالث لهما فرضتهما الضروف

الخيار الأول الإبقاء على حسني مبارك في منتجعات شرم الشيخ أو نفيه إلى دولة يختارها حسني مبارك بما يصطلح عليه "المنفى الاختياري" ولكن هذا يعرض المجلس إلى مواجهة شرسة مع الشعب.

الخيار الثاني محاكمة حسني مبارك وعائلته ومقربيه ليأمن المجلس شر إغضاب الجماهير.
