المعارضة تمهل صالح أسبوعين للرحيل

رفضت المعارضة اليمنية اليوم الخميس عرضا بالمشاركة في محادثات تتوسط فيها السعودية لنقل السلطة وحددت مهلة أسبوعين لتنحي الرئيس علي عبد الله صالح، في وقت حذر فيه التحالف المدني للثورة الشبابية من كارثة اقتصادية ستنتج عن نهب المال العام الذي يمارسه النظام في لحظات بقائه الأخيرة.
وقال محمد المتوكل -وهو أحد زعماء المعارضة البارزين- إن المعارضة تؤكد مجددا على الحاجة للإسراع في عملية تنحي صالح في غضون أسبوعين ولذا فإنها لن تذهب للرياض.
وقالت المعارضة اليمنية في وقت سابق إنها تعارض المبادرة الخليجية لأنها تحمي الرئيس صالح من المتابعة القانونية ولا تقدم تاريخا محددا لتنحيه عن السلطة.
وقال المتوكل إن التوضيحات المقدمة لهم خلال اللقاء الذي جمعهم بسفراء السعودية والكويت وعمان باليمن عن المبادرة الخليجية لم تكن ملائمة لمطالب المعارضة.
من جانب آخر أكد عدد من قيادات فصائل الحراك الجنوبي أن المبادرة الخليجية لم ترق إلى مستوى طموح الشارع ولا تتضمن الحل النهائي والجذري لمطالب الشعب اليمني المرابط بساحات الاعتصامات.
ووصف الأمين العام للحراك الجنوبي بمدينة عدن العميد ناصر صالح الطويل المبادرة بأنها غير واضحة المعالم وتأتي في وقت حرج "من شأنه عرقلة أي تسوية سياسية وزيادة التوتر في عموم البلد".
وانتقد مشاركون بندوة سياسية بمدينة المنصورة كُرست لمناقشة مستقبل الجنوب بعد رحيل نظام الرئيس صالح، المبادرة الخليجية لتجاهلها القضية الجنوبية باعتبارها قضية سياسية لا تسقط بسقوط النظام القائم حالياً.

من جانب آخر حذر التحالف المدني للثورة الشبابية اليوم الخميس من كارثة اقتصادية ستنتج عن نهب المال العام الذي يمارسه نظام الرئيس صالح في لحظات بقائه الأخيرة.
وحذر التحالف في بيان صحافي اليوم من تحويل أموال باهظة إلى مصارف خارجية لفائدة صالح وأقاربه وبعض معاونيه، وكذا سحب الاحتياطي النقدي الأجنبي من البنك المركزي بعد صرف مخصصات المشاريع الاستثمارية المعتمدة في الموازنة العامة للدولة للعام الجاري وتخصيصها للمهرجانات الباحثة عن مناصرة مزيفة.
وذكر بيان التحالف أن المهرجانات المزيفة استنزفت خلال أسبوعين فقط عشرة مليارات ريال، وأن رأس النظام أمر البنك المركزي اليمني بصرف مبلغ 2.8 مليار ريال للمؤسسة الاقتصادية العسكرية التي يديرها أحد القادة الميدانيين للبلطجية بغرض ما سميت مواجهة الاعتصامات.

وذكر بيان التحالف أن متنفذين في الأسرة الحاكمة حولوا 400 مليون دولار إلى بنوك عدة في دبي حيث انتقل مؤخرا بعض من أفرادها.
وأوضح التحالف أن وزارة المالية صرفت 150 مليون دولار من حساب الشركة اليمنية للاستثمارات النفطية بطريقة مخالفة للقانون.
وتوقع التحالف أن يؤدي تمسك رأس النظام بالسلطة حتى الآن إلى خسائر اقتصادية مقدارها 3.5 مليارات دولار في قطاعات البناء والتشييد والعقارات والسياحة والنقل والاتصالات.
ودعا التحالف محافظ البنك المركزي إلى إيقاف هذا العبث المنظم بأموال الشعب، أو تقديم استقالته في حال عدم قدرته على الحفاظ على المال العام، مؤكدا أن الصمت عن نهب أموال الشعب ستقوده إلى محاكمته ضمن أركان النظام.
وناشد التحالف المجتمع الدولي تجميد أرصدة المسؤولين اليمنيين في الخارج تمهيدا لإعادتها إلى الشعب باعتباره المالك الحقيقي لتلك الثروات.
