18 قضية قانونية ضد بن علي


قال وزير العدل التونسي الأزهر القروي الشابي إن السلطات انتهت من إعداد 18 قضية قانونية ضد الرئيس المخلوع زين العابدين بن علي من ضمن عددا من التهم قد يصل الحكم فيها إلى الإعدام، وأمرت باعتقال وزير النقل السابق ثامن أكبر معاوني بن علي.
وقال الشابي في مقابلة بثها التلفزيون التونسي مساء الأربعاء إن من بين الاتهامات الموجهة لبن علي "القتل العمد، واستهلاك وترويج المخدرات، والتآمر على أمن الدولة، وتحريض المواطنين على الاقتتال".
وأشار إلى أن وزارته انتهت من إعداد 44 قضية قانونية ضد بن علي وأسرته ومعاونيه المقربين.
وقال الشابي إن وزارة العدل تستطلع السبل القانونية لتقديم طلب بتسليم بن علي حتى يواجه المحاكمة، ولكنه لم يذكر مزيدا من التفاصيل.
وأعلنت تونس يوم 26 جانفي أنها طلبت من الشرطة الدولية (إنتربول) المساعدة في القبض على بن علي وزوجته ليلى الطرابلسي وأعضاء آخرين من أسرته فروا من البلاد أثناء الانتفاضة.

من جانب آخر، أمر القضاء التونسي أمس الأربعاء باعتقال وزير النقل السابق عبد الرحيم الزواري بعد أن استمع قاضي التحقيق بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس العاصمة إلى أقواله خلال جلسة تحقيق، وأصدر في شأنه بطاقة إيداع بالسجن.
ولم تقدم السلطات المزيد من التفاصيل حول التهم الموجهة للزواري (67 عاما) الذي تولى العديد من الحقائب الوزارية خلال فترة حكم الرئيس المخلوع، منها العدل والخارجية والشباب والرياضة والتربية والسياحة.
وأقام 25 محاميا تونسيا دعوى قضائية في فيفري الماضي ضد عدد من معاوني بن علي (ومن بينهم الزواري) بسبب تهم تتعلق بالفساد المالي واستغلال النفوذ خلال فترة حكم الرئيس المخلوع.
ولفت مراقبون إلى أن قرار اعتقال الزواري يأتي بعد يومين من اعتقال الأمين العام للحزب الحاكم سابقا محمد الغرياني. كما يأتي بعد اعتقال وزير التجارة السابق سليمان ورق، وصدور أمر قضائي بمنع سفر وزراء ومستشاري الرئيس المخلوع.
