لماذا يسكت العلماء عند حلول النوازل؟

السؤال :
نسمع بعض طلبة العلم أحيانا يطعنون في العلماء بحجة أنهم يسكتون عند حصول بعض الحوادث أو عند حلول بعض النوازل!!! فما هو تعليقكم يا فضيلة الشيخ؟

جواب العلامة الفوزان – حفظه الله تعالى-:

(( أحيانا يكون السكوت هو المصلحة و أحيانا يكون الكلام هو المصلحة فالعلماء يراعون المصالح ودرء المفاسد ولا يتكلمون إلا حيث يفيد الكلام وينفع ولا يسكتون إلا حيث يكون السكوت أولى
فالعلماء بالمعنى الصحيح :
لا يسكتون إلا إذا كان السكوت له مجال ، ولا يتكلمون إلا إذا كان الكلام له مجال ، والأمور إذا حدثت لا يصلح لكل واحد أن يتكلم فيها، وإنما توكل لأهل العلم وأهل الرأي وأهل الكلمة

كما قال - جل وعلا -:((وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُوا بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنْبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ )) .

فالأمور التي تتعلق بمصالح المسلمين وبالأمة هاذي لا يتولاها إلا أهل الحل والعقد أهل العلم والبصيرة الذين يلتمسون لها الحلول الصحيحة وأما أن يتولاها ويتكلم فيها كل من هب ودب فهذا من الضرر على المسلمين ومن الإرجاف والتخويف ولا يصل المسلمون من وراء ذلك إلى نتيجة وهذه أيضا أمور قد تكون أمور سرية تعالج بالسرية ولا تعالج علانية أمام الناس وإنما تعالج مع السرية ومع الطرق الصحيحة
الأمور تحتاج إلى روية وإلى تعقل، والواجب على العامة أن يرجعوا، إلى أهل العلم وأهل الرأي و البصيرة، في هذه الأمور

لماذا يتم "التعتيم الإعلامي" على الوصول إلى العلماء ونشر أقوالهم حين نزول النوازل والنائبات ؟؟؟؟

هذا ما يدل على انه لا يوجد عالم متمكن حقا في الفتوى ولا يخاف من شيء الا من الله ومن الحق .لان المسلمون هم الان اكثر حاجة الى نصائح العلماء وفتواهم فلا اعلم كيف هم يشاهدون كل يوم سقوط قتلى لا نعرف اذ هم قتلو على الحق ام لا ؟

لأن الإعلاميين إما أعداء الله أو أهل الأهواء من الحزبيين و الإخوان المفلسين أو الشيعة الروافض؛ فيحولون بين الناس و وصول الحق إليهم؛ لكن يأبى الله إلا أن يتم نوره و لو كره المشركون

لكن أنزهك أخي أن تقول بأن جوابك أكثر وضوحا من جواب عالم

المشكل انه الكثير من الناس اصبحوا يعدّون كل من افتى بعدم اتباع الفتنة "خائن" أو "عميل لليهود". و لكن طبعا لن يكون هؤلاء الاّ من النادمين.
فعن اي ثورة يتحدث بعض من سُموا ب"اهل العلم" و أفتوا للناس بالالقاء بانفسهم الى التهلكة؟؟

عدم علمك بالشيء لا يعني عدمه

فالعلماء قد أفتوا في هذه المظاهرات الموروثة من الغرب منذ ظهورها في بلاد بداية التسعينيات أيام جبهة الفساد و الإفساد ؛ و استمرت فتاواهم إلى يومنا هذريم هذه المظاهرات و لا تجوز أبدا مهما كانت المعطيات و لو سمح بها الحاكم

لكن بما أن سلاح الإعلام في أيدي اليهود و من شابههم ممن الصعب إيصال هذه الفتاوى إلى كل المسلمين، خاصة مع تشويه أهل البدع و الأهواء سمعة و صورة العلماء الربانين في علوم السنة و فهمها

و لكن الأمر كما قال النلبي -صلى الله عليه و سلم- : (( من يرد الله به خيرا يفقهه في الدين ))

بل هناك بيان صدر من هيئة كبار العلماء في المملكة السعودية تفتي بتحريمها، و لا يشط في هذا عاقل فضلا عن المسلم الصادق

العلماء السلفيين بينوا ونصحوا وهم العلماء الأمنااء ، ما كتموا العلم ، فهم يقولون كما قال الله وقال رسوله نصح لعامة الناس ، ولو نظرت إلى فتاويهم ، فإنك لا تجد فيها إلى الأدلة الصحيحة والصريحة من الوحيين .
ولما كان هذا هو الحق ، فمن المعلوم أن الحق يجابه بالعداء السافر من قبل أصحاب الفكر العقلاني والفلسفة
ولو تأملت جيدا في نظرة العلماء إلى عواقب الفتن ، وكيف أنهم يخصون الداء ويصفون الدواء ، وكيف يشمون الفتنة قبل وقوعها ، لعلمت علم اليقين أن الحق هو ما قال الله وقال رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وما قال به تبعا العلماء الأمنااء الناصحين لله ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم
وكما قيل : الفتنة إذا اقبلت يعرفها كل عالم ، وإذا أدبرت عرفها كل جاهل
وما العشرية عنا ببعيد
ولو قمت بالبحث والتحري عن الذين كانوا يدعون إلى القتل وإلى الفتن وإلى الخروج إلى الشارع ، في هذه العشرية ، لوجدتهم هم الذين يدفعون بهذه الجموع المقهورة إلى المطالبة بحقهم الدنيوي زعموا ، كما هو الحاصل في واقعنا الحالي
ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون ولا يريدون أن يتعلموا الدين من مصادره ، بل يتبعون أكثر الناس ، وأكثرهم جمعا ،ويتبعون دعاة السوء والضلال ، الذين ابعدوا النااس عن دينهم الحق
