جريمة الظلم وعواقبها

إنّ من أشدّ ما نهى الله عنه وأثـبت حُرمته بل وشدّد في تحريمه، الظلم والعدوان. ففي الحديث القدسي الذي رواه الإمام مسلم عن النّبيّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم وفيه أنّ الله عزّ وجلّ يقول:
''يا عبادي؛ إنّي حرَّمُت الظلم على نفسي وجعلتُه بينكم محرمًا؛ فلا تظالموا''.
عندما نتلو كتاب الله تعالى، نجد أنّ الله عزّ وجلّ قد توعّد الظالمين بأشدّ أنواع العذاب وأنكى ألوان العقاب، وكل ذلك يدل دلالة قاطعة على تحريم الظلم وإتيانه، فقد بدّد سبحانه فهم من ظنّ أن الله لا يُعاقب الظالمين، مستندًا إلى تماديه دون رادع أو زاجر، فالله تعالى غير غافل عن أعمال العباد، بل يحصي عليهم أعمالهم، وإن كانت في مغارات مظلمة لا يطّلع عليها أحد، فإنّ الله مطّلع عليها، وإنّما يُؤخر الجزاء ليوم الوفاء. قال تعالى: {وَلا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ غَافِلا عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الأبْصَارُ} إبراهيم 42
هذا، وإن الآياتِ الواردةَ في ذم الظلم وأهله كثـيرة جدًا، ومتنوعة في مضامينها، فبعضها ورد في ذكر خيبة الظالمين ومقت الله لهم، وعدم هدايتهم وتوفيقهم بسبب ظلمهم، يقول تعالى: {إنَّهُ لا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ} الأنعام 21 وقال سبحانه: {فَبُعْدًا لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ} المؤمنون 41 وبعضها جاء فيه ذكرُ عاقبةِ الظالمين الأكيدة، وهي الهلاكُ في الدنيا، دون إهمال ما أعده الله لهم من النكال والعذاب في الآخرة، فهيهات هيهات ينجو الظالمون أو يفلتوا من عقاب ربّ العالمين. يقول تعالى وقوله الحق: {وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا عَذَابًا دُونَ ذَلِكَ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَـرَهُمْ لا يَعْلَمُونَ} الطور 47 أي: نعذبهم في الدنيا ونبتليهم فيها بالمصائب لعلهم يرجعون وينيبون، فإن عذاب يوم القيامة شديد.
وكل هذا التهويل والوعيد لمَن كان من الظالمين، ذلك أن الله تعالى لا يُحبّ الظلم والعدوان، فهو سلوك ذميم، وذنب جسيم، وأذًى عظيم، يلحق الدِّين ويأكل الحسنات، ويجلب الويلات والنكبات، ويورث العداوات والمشاحنات، ويُثـمر الأحقاد والضغائن، ويسبّب القطيعة والعقوق، ويُحيل حياة الناس إلى جحيم وشقاء، وكدر وبلاء.
وأما الأحاديث الواردة في ذم الظلم وسوء عاقبة الظالمين فكثـيرة أيضًا، أشهرها الحديث السابق الذي رواه مسلم عن أبي إدريس الخوْلاني عن أبي ذر رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: قال الله تبارك وتعالى: {يا عبادي إنّي حرمت الظلم على نفسي، وجعلته بينكم محرّمًا؛ فلا تظالموا...}. وكان أبو إدريس الخولاني، رحمه الله تعالى، إذا حدّث بهذا الحديث جثـا على ركبتيه.
وعن جابر بن عبد الله، رضي الله عنهما، أنّ رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم قال: ''اتّقوا الظلم؛ فإنّ الظلم ظلمات يوم القيامة''. وعن أبي معبد مولى ابن عباس، رضي الله عنهما، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بعث مُعَاذًا إلى اليمن، فأوصاه وصايا وفيها: ''... واتّق دعوة المظلوم، فإنّها ليس بينها وبين الله حجاب''. وعن أبي موسى الأشعري رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: ''إنّ الله ليُملي للظالم فإذا أخذه لم يُفلته''. ثـم قرأ: {وَكَذَلِكَ أَخْذُ رَبِّكَ إذَا أَخَذَ القُرَى وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ إنَّ أَخْذَهُ أَلِيمٌ شَدِيدٌ} هود 102
فالظلم والعدوان حرام في ذاته، يأباه الله عزّ وجلّ، ويرفضه النّبيّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم، ولو كان المظلوم عدوًا كافرًا، أو ذميّا بغيضًا، فقد قال الله عزّ وجلّ: {وَلا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآَنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلاّ تَعْدِلُوا اعْدِلُوا هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى} المائدة 8 ومعناه أنّ الله تعالى أمَرَ جميع الخلق بأن لا يعاملوا أحدًا إلاّ على سبيل العدل والإنصاف، وترك الميل والظلم والاعتساف، ذلك أنّ العدل أقرب إلى الاتقاء من عذاب الله، وفيها تنبيه عظيم على وجوب العدل مع الكفار الّذين هم أعداء الله تعالى، فما الظن بوجوبه مع المؤمنين الّذين هم أولياؤه وأحباؤه.
وقال رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: ''مَن قتل نفسًا معاهدًا لم يرح رائحة الجنّة، وإنّ ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة أربعين عامًا''. وقال صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: ''ألاَ مَنْ ظَلَمَ مُعاهِدًا، أو انتَقَصَهُ، أو كلَّفَهُ فوق طاقَتِه، أو أخَذَ منه شيئًا بغير طيب نفْسٍ، فَأنَا حَجِيجُهُ يومَ القيامةِ''.
ولقد حَرّم الله عزّ وجلّ ذِكْر عيوب النّاس وذنوبِهم وأمر بالستر عليهم، لكنّه سُبحانه أباح للمظلوم أن ينشر مظلمته، ويكشف أمر من ظلمه. قال تعالى: {لا يُحِبُّ اللَّهُ الْجَهْرَ بِالسُّوءِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ إِلاّ مَنْ ظُلِمَ} النساء 148
