التناقض في هرم السلطة

وقع أول أمس، السيد عبد العزيز بلخادم، الأمين العام لحزب جبهة التحرير الوطني، في تناقض صارخ، عندما أعلن أن الحديث عن ترشيح السيد عبد العزيز بوتفليقة، باسم جبهة التحرير الوطني سابق لأوانه. متناسيا ربما أنه أعلن بنفسه أن الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة، سيكون مرشّح الحزب في استحقاق 2014 الرئاسي ''إذا كان في العمر بقية''، كما قال في خطابه بمناسبة افتتاح أشغال الدورة الثالثة للجنة المركزية للأفالان، التي جرت بزرالدة منذ أشهر. وهكذا نتأكد مرة أخرى أن جيل عبد العزيز بلخادم لم يعد يصلح لإدارة شؤون البلاد، عندما تصبح مواقفهم السياسية دون معنى، وخاصة إذا كانت تتعلق بملفات هامة، لها علاقة بمنصب المسؤول الأول في البلاد.
هل نستطيع ان نثق في مسؤولينا اذا لم يكون لهم برنامج واضح و على المدى البعيد
انها سياسة البريكولاج المعروفة لدى السلطة منذ مدة

و لكني عندما رايته يمشي بصعوبة وكان شيئا يضايقه في رقبته ..

تذكرت حينها رئيس روسيا الاسبق انذاك بوليس يلتسين ... يمسكونه احيانا و هو واقف مكادة السقوط .. لانه بلغ من الكبر عتيا ..

الله يشفيه في كل شيء .. ولو كنت مكانه لرميت بالاستقالة على وجوههم وارتحت من هم السلطة ... اعلم بانه قول فقط ولكنها خصلة تنقص حكام العرب ..

ما لم يتم محاسبة من ارتكبوا مجازر وحشية في التسعينات ومن فتكوا بالمواطنين وكذا مافيا المال والعقار والحافلات والفلاحة والصحة والتربية و.... سوناطراك وحاسي مسعود و....

لن يتغير شيء أبدا ....

نسأل الله ربنا أن يرزقنا بمسؤولين يحبون وطنهم وشعبهم ويسهرون على خدمته ورفاهيته سعيا نحو العدالة والحرية والعيش بكرامة.

بقدر ما كنت أنتقد الرئيس في كل صغيرة و كبيرة بقدر ما أثار شفقتي عندما رأيت حالته الصحية ... شفاه الله و خفف عنه

لي جارة مريضة جدا منذ أن عرفتها، سكر، مع ضغط، مع لا أدري ماذا شفاها الله و أطال عمرها ... كل مرة كان الجيران يقولون المسكينة أيامها معدودة ... دفنت منهم حوالي العشرة خلال حوالي عقدين و قد كانوا في صحة و منهم شباب ... و مازلت حفظها الله حية ترزق و قد زوجت أكثر أولادها بينما كان من سبقها إلى الدار الأخرى يشفق عليهم من اليتم ... و الله الأعمار بيد الله

من يعرف السيد بوتفليقة يدرك انه ليس من النوع الدي
يستسلم او يهاب و اتمنى له من اعماق قلبي ان يترك
بصمة للتاريخ فهو رزين و عاقل و ينهي عهدته باصلاحات
ينال بها دعاء الشعب الجزائري الابي و فقط عليه الا يخضع
لضغوط السياسيين المحيطين به من شاكلة بلخادم و اويحي
فنظام الحكم الدي يريد ان يرسمه هو الانسب للبلد و يتمثل في النظام البرلماني
و تحديد عدد العهدات الرئاسية ب 2 او 3 على اقصى تقدير
و تقتصر مهام الرئاسة على الحفاظ على التوازنات الكبرى
للسلطة و وحدة الشعب و البلد و ماعدا دلك يتولى حزب
الاغلبية البرلمانية مهام السلطة التنفيدية تحت مراقبة و محاسبة
الشعب من خلال ممثليه الحقيقيين ينتخبون و يتولون مسؤولياتهم
عن طريق انتخابات نزيهة و لا مكان للتزوير فيها
