انطلقت تظاهرات حاشدة في العديد من المدن السورية بعد صلاة الجمعة ، والتي أطلق عليها "جمعة الصمود"، تطالب بالحرية تلبية لنداءات ناشطين.
ففي مناطق شرق سوريا التي يقطنها غالبية كردية اندلعت احتجاجات حاشدة، وذلك بعد يوم واحد فقط من عرض الرئيس بشار الأسد منح أكراد كانوا يصنفون على أنهم أجانب الجنسية السورية.
وقال الناشط الكردي حسن كامل، وهو عضو بارز في الحزب الديمقراطي الكردي، في تصريحات لوكالة رويترز، إن لفتة المواطنة التي عرضها الأسد لم تؤد إلا لإشعال الشارع، موضحاً أن القضية الكردية قضية ديمقراطية وحرية وهوية ثقافية.وخرج المئات من منطقة سري كانيي في محافظة الحسكة استجابة لنداء حركة الشباب الكردي "جوانين كرد"، وقد انضمت إليهم أعداد كبيرة من العرب.
وفي عامودا خرج حوالي 3000 شخص يرفعون العلم السوري، وفي مدينة القامشلي خرج 10 آلاف شخص إلى الشوارع، وردد المتظاهرون شعارات أبرزها أن الحركة الكردية هي الممثل الشرعي للشعب الكردي، وأن العشائر لا تمثل الشعب الكردي, وهتافات "الحرية، الشعب السوري واحد، الشهيد لا يموت".
كما تجمع حوالي عشرة آلاف متظاهر في ساحة السرايا في منطقة درعا المحطة بالرغم من التواجد الأمني غير المسبوق في المنطقة وحصار قوات الأمن لها لمنع المتظاهرين في درعا المحطة من الالتقاء بمظاهرة درعا البلد.
وقال شهود عيان إن قوات الأمن السورية قتلت ثلاثة محتجين على الأقل عندما أطلقت النار على مظاهرة احتجاج في مدينة درعا الجنوبية.
وقال أحد الشهود رأيت بركا من الدماء وثلاث جثث في الشارع ينقلها أقارب في منطقة المحطة.
وأفاد شهود عيان عن وقوع العديد من الإصابات إثر إطلاق نار كثيف استهدف المتظاهرين. وفي اللاذقية هناك تجمعات لتظاهرات حاشدة في منطقتي الشيخ ضاهر والصليبة.
وفي حمص انطلقت المظاهرات من دير بعلبة والوعر باتجاه المدينة، ووجهت نداءً إلى جميع القرى وأبناء المدينة للالتحاق بهم، ولا يوجد أي إطلاق نار أو غازات حتى اللحظة.ويقول مراقبون وناشطون إن تظاهرات الجمعة التي عمت العديد من المدن السورية هي رسالة واضحة للنظام في دمشق، يقرأ منها أن جملة الإصلاحات التي أعلنت عنها القيادة السياسية دون مستوى تطلعات الشارع السوري.
ويؤكد ناشطون من تجمع "شباب الانتفاضة" الكردي، وهو المحرك الرئيس للحركة الاحتجاجية في المدن الكردية، أن الحرية هي المطلب الرئيس للأكراد لا الجنسية.
ويقول أحد نشطاء التجمع، فضل عدم الكشف عن اسمه، لـ"العربية.نت"، "لا نقبل الرشاوى، وليس بإمكان أحد تحييد الشباب الكردي عن حركة الشارع السوري برمته".
وكان الناشط يقصد مرسوماً رئاسياً سيتم بموجبه إعادة تجنيس الأكراد الذين جردوا من هوياتهم السورية في إحصاء استثنائي جرى عام 1962.
وأبلغ نشطاء آخرون "العربية.نت" أن "دائرة التظاهرات اتسعت في المدن الكردية هذا الأسبوع لتشمل مدينتي الدرباسية وديريك، إلى جانب القامشلي وعامودا التي تشهد جميعها مظاهرات اليوم".
ورفع المتظاهرون، كما يظهر من شريط فيديو وصل لـ"العربية.نت" لافتات كتب عليها "من يعوضني عن فقداني الجنسية 49 عاماً"، "وجهاء العشائر لا يمثلون الشعب الكردي، فلهم من يمثلونه"، "الحرية لا الجنسية"، لا لقانون الطوترس نعم لتغيير الدستور".
