مبارك قد يعدم شنقا إذا أدين بالتهم الموجهة إليه

يواجه الرئيس المصري المخلوع حسني مبارك عقوبة الإعدام شنقا في حال ثبوت التهم الموجهة إليه حسب ما نقلته وسائل إعلام مصرية الجمعة عن رئيس محكمة استئناف القاهرة وقاضي الجنايات زكريا شلش، وحبس مبارك ونجليه جمال وعلاء منذ الأمس الخميس على ذمة التحقيق لمدة 15.
ذكرت وسائل اعلام مصرية رسمية الجمعة ان الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك الذي اوقف مؤخرا على ذمة التحقيق في القمع الدموي للتظاهرات الاحتجاجية ضد نظامه يواجه عقوبة الاعدام شنقا اذا ما ادين بالتهم الموجهة اليه.
ووضع مبارك ونجلاه جمال وعلاء الاربعاء قيد الحبس على ذمة التحقيق لمدة 15 يوما في اطار تحقيق قضائي حول قمع الانتفاضة التي ادت الى مقتل قرابة 800 شخص واصابة اكثر من خمسة آلاف اخرين، بحسب مصادر رسمية.
ونقلت صحيفة الاهرام الرسمية الجمعة عن المستشار زكريا شلش رئيس محكمة استئناف القاهرة وقاضي الجنايات قوله ان مبارك قد يحكم عليه بالاعدام شنقا اذا ما ادين بالتهم التي يتم التحقيق معه فيها.
واشار شلش الى ان "الاحكام المقررة في حالة ثبوت التهم سوف يكون اقصاها الاعدام في حالة تعمد القتل واقلها ثلاث سنوات في القضايا المالية".
واضاف "ان ما صدر عن وزير الداخلية السابق حبيب العادلي أثناء التحقيق معه بأن الرئيس السابق مبارك اعطاه تعليمات بضرب المتظاهرين واستعمال العنف معهم فإن مبارك يعتبر شريكا بالتحريض والمساعدة في قتل واصابة المتظاهرين باعتبار انه كان رئيس المجلس الاعلى للشرطة".
واضاف "لو ثبت هذا يعاقب بعقوبة الفاعل الاصلي والتي قد تصل الى الاعدام اذا ثبت الاصرار على قتل المتظاهرين سلميا، واقلها السجن المؤبد اذا لم يكن هناك اصرار وترصد، والسجن من 3 الى 5 سنوات إذا ترتب على الضرب احداث عاهة مستديمة".
ولفت الى ان "ما يسري علي مبارك في المحاكمة سوف يسري علي انجاله وزوجته في المال العام".
وردا على سؤال عن قضايا المال العام اذا ما ثبتت التهم الموجهة لمبارك قال المستشار زكريا شلش "اذا ما ثبت بعد الكشف عن سرية الحسابات ان هناك تهريبا لمليارات الدولارات في الخارج (...) فهذه القضايا اختلاس للمال العام وتصل عقوبتها الى السجن المؤبد وأقلها السجن المشدد من ثلاث سنوات الى 15 سنة".
من جهته اوضح التلفزيون الرسمي نقلا عن مسؤول في النيابة العامة ان التحقيق في هذه القضايا سيستغرق ستة اشهر على الاقل في حين ستستغرق المحاكمة سنة على الاقل بحسب شلش.
وبحسب الاهرام فان لجنة تحقيق ستبدأ الاسبوع المقبل التحقيق مع حسني مبارك ونجليه حول تهم فساد.
ومحاكمة مبارك ورموز عهده هي احد المطالب الرئيسية للمحتجين. واثر الاعلان عن اعتقال الرئيس السابق ونجليه ألغت مجموعات المعارضة تظاهرة كانت مقررة اليوم الجمعة.
وامر القضاء المصري بنقل حسني مبارك من مستشفى مدني في شرم الشيخ في سيناء حيث اودع منذ الثلاثاء الى مستشفى عسكري، بحسب ما اعلنت الجمعة الاذاعة العامة المصرية.
