الشروع في بيع قسيمات السيارات في الفاتح جوان

ستعرض قسيمات السيارات لسنة 2011 للبيع انطلاقا من الفاتح جوان المقبل، لتتواصل العملية إلى غاية 30 من نفس الشهر، ليصبح تعليقها إجباريا على الزجاج الأمامي للسيارات بداية من الفاتح جويلية بدل الفاتح من شهر أفريل.
وجاء في الجريدة الرسمية الصادرة أمس الأول، أن المدة القانونية لتحصيل قسيمة السيارات لسنة 2011 قد تم تحديدها من 1 جوان إلى 30 جوان على الساعة الرابعة زوالا، وتطبق شروط اقتناء قسيمة السيارات للسنة الجارية بنفس أسعار السنة الماضية. وعليه، فإن أسعار قسيمات السيارات السياحية التي تقل أعمارها عن ثلاث سنوات تتراوح ما بين 1500 و8000 دينار وفق طاقة المحرك، في حين أن أسعار قسيمات السيارات السياحية التي تنحصر أعمارها ما بين 3 و6 سنوات تظل محددة ما بين 1000 و4000 دينار، أما قسيمات السيارات السياحية ذات أعمار ما بين 6 و10 سنوات فقد حددت أسعارها ما بين 700 و3000 دينار.
كما يفرض على أصحاب السيارات التي تفوق أعمارها العشر سنوات شراء قسيمات تتراوح أسعارها ما بين 300 و2000 دينار.
وبشأن السيارات النفعية التي يقل عمرها عن 5 سنوات، فيحصر سعر قسيمتها بين 5000 و15000 دينار. وتلك التي يبلغ عمرها خمس سنوات فما فوق، فإن أسعار قسيماتها محددة بـ 2000 و7000 دينار، في حين تتراوح قيمة قسيمة السيارات العمومية لنقل المسافرين ذات أعمار أقل عن خمس سنوات ما بين 4000 إلى 15 ألف دينار، أما قسيمات هذا النوع من المركبات التي يفوق عمرها الخمس سنوات، فيتراوح سعرها ما بين 2000 إلى 7000 دينار.
وبخصوص السيارات مجهولة تاريخ أول استعمالها للسير والحاملة لرقم ''122''، فإن قسيمتها محددة بـ300 دينار بالنسبة للسيارات السياحية و2000 دينار بالنسبة للسيارات النفعية.
ويذكر أن عدم شراء القسيمات يعرض أصحاب السيارات إلى سحب البطاقة الرمادية التي لا يمكن استرجاعها، إلا بعد تقديم القسيمة المطلوبة ودفع غرامة تساوي 100 بالمائة من سعرها. كما يلزم أصحاب السيارات بتعليق القسيمات التي تباع في أغلفة لاصقة على الزجاج الأمامي للسيارات، وإلا سيتعرضون لغرامة مالية تعادل 50 بالمائة من سعر القسيمة.
