سفاح ليبيا يخفي مدرعاته بالنهر العظيم


قالت مصادر استخبارية بريطانية إن سفاح ليبيا يخفي مدرعاته وراجمات صواريخ سكود في أضخم مشروع في العالم عرفه الإنسان لنقل المياه تحت الأرض، وصفه السفاح بأنه الأعجوبة الثامنة في العالم وأطلق عليه "النهر الصناعي العظيم".

وقالت صحيفة صنداي تايمز إن قادة حلف شمال الأطلسي يشعرون بالقلق حيال الأعداد القليلة من مدرعات السفاح التي تم تدميرها، عازين عدم فعالية الهجمات الجوية إلى النقص في الطائرات بعد انسحاب الطائرات الأميركية قبل نحو أسبوعين.

وكانت مصادر استخبارية أرجعت الأسبوع الماضي عجز قوات الناتو عن العثور على مدرعات السفاح وصواريخه إلى إخفائها في شبكة كبيرة من الأنفاق تحت الأرض تستخدم لنقل المياه إلى مختلف أرجاء المدن الليبية.
ويعتبر النهر العظيم أطول شبكة أنفاق في العالم، وتتكون الشبكة من أنابيب بعرض 15 قدما (نحو 4.5 أمتار) لنقل المياه من المصادر الطبيعية تحت الأرض في جنوبي ليبيا إلى المدن في الشمال.
وكان السفاح الذي وضع حجر الأساس لهذا المشروع عام 1984، وصف تلك الشبكة بأنها "الأعجوبة الثامنة في العالم".

أحد المصادر قال "القذافي يخفي معظم عتاده تحت الأرض، لذلك لا نستطيع أن نتمكن منه".

ويقول مصدر استخباراتي "لا نستطيع أن نعثر على أي شيء تحت الأرض، ولا سيما أن قوانين المشاركة تسمح فقط بالهجوم على ما يشكل تهديدا للمدنيين، ولا نستطيع أن نهاجم البنى التحتية للمشروع".

وتشير صنداي تايمز إلى أن صواريخ سكود تبقى مصدر قلق خاصة بسبب قدرتها على إحداث تدمير وحتى ضرب الأراضي الإيطالية.

وكان السفاح قد أطلق صاروخين من نوع سكود على محطة لخفر السواحل التابعة للبحرية الأميركية في جزيرة لامبيدوسا الإيطالية في أفريل1986 ردا على هجمة أميركية استهدفت طرابلس وقتلت ابنته بالتبني.

وذكرت الصحيفة أن ليبيا اشترت ثمانين قاذفة صواريخ سكود وعددا من صواريخ سكود بمدى يصل إلى أكثر من 180 ميلا (نحو 290 كلم) من الاتحاد السوفياتي في سبعينيات القرن الماضي.

فالعراق واحد من اكبر المنتجين للنفط و عوائده تصل الى ثلاث اضعاف عوائد الجزائر . و لا احد يعرف اين تذهب امواله و كم حجمها و من يتصرف بها .

فما الجديد بالعراق ( لا كهرباء ، لا تعليم ، لا أمن ، لا اقتصاد ، لا عمل ) .
و لا مجال لمقارنته بالجزائر في العشرية الاخيرة . كمثال حتى بثغراتنا المالية .
