محكمة مصرية تقضي بحبس حواس سنة وعزله من منصبه لامتناعه عن تنفيذ حكم قضائي

قضت محكمة مصرية الاحد بمعاقبة وزير الدولة للاثار زاهي حواس بالحبس سنة وعزله من وظيفتة مع إلزامه بتعويض بقيمة 10 آلاف جنيه (1600 دولار) وذلك لامتناعه عن تنفيذ حكم صادر


لصالح أحد المواطنين من المحكمة الادارية، بحسب ما افاد الاحد مصدر قضائي.

وكان احد المواطنين اقام دعوى ضد حواس بصفتة رئيس المجلس الاعلى للآثار قبل تحويله الى وزارة الاثار وتوليه منصب الوزير لامتناعه عن تنفيذ حكم صدر لصالحه من المحكمة الادارية فى نزاع على قطعة أرض مع المجلس الاعلى للاثار، وفق المصدر القضائي.

ومن حق حواس استئناف الحكم وفي هذه الحالة يتم تعليق عقوبة السجن الى ان تفصل محكمة الاستئناف في الدعوى. وقال حواس في تصريحات للصحافيين بعد صدور الحكم انه "صادر ضده بصفته الوظيفية وليست الشخصية" وان الوزارة ستقوم باستئناف الحكم.

واضاف ان الدعوى تتعلق "بمناقصة لمنح حق استغلال محل لبيع الكتب والهدايا في المتحف المصري في القاهرة" مضيفا ان هذه المناقصة انتهت بمنح حق الاستغلال لشركة الصوت والضوء والسينما التابعة للقطاع العام".

واكد حواس لوكالة فرانس برس في وقت سابق الاحد ان الانتقادات الموجهة اليه بسبب خط انتاج ملابس للرجال يحمل اسمه غير مبررة. وقال انه "شارك في هذا الخط من اجل دعم مستشفى الاطفال كما فعلت في مشروع بيع القبعه الشهيرة (البرنيطة) وحولت ارباحها لدعم المشاريع الخيرية المختلفة".

واضاف ان "تصوير الدعاية الخاصة بخط الانتاج تم في متحف نيويورك اثناء وجود معرض خاص لاثار توت عنخ امون فيه ولم يتم في المتحف المصري باي صورة من الصور وحتى ولو تم التصوير في المتحف المصري فان هذا ليس معيبا لاننا نعمل على القيام بعمل لوجه الله ولمصلحة الاطفال المرضى بالسرطان".

وجاءت تصريحات حواس ردا على انتشار ترجمات عن مدونة المصور الفوتوغرافي جيمس ويبر على مواقع الشبكة العنكبوتية استخدمها بعض الصحافيين لمهاجمة حواس واتهموه باستخدام الاثار الفرعونية وتحديدا كنوز توت عنخ امون الاسطورية لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية من خلال مشاركته في خط انتاج للملابس الرجالية مع شركة زولو ارت.

وكان المصور الفوتوغرافي جيمس ويبر تحدث في مدونته عن "ليلة التصوير فى معرض مقتنيات الملك توت عنخ أمون وقد دعم المصور قصته بنماذج من الصور التى التقطها هناك لاستخدامها كدعاية لخط الازياء الرجالى الذى يحمل اسم زاهي حواس وتقوم بانتاجه شركة ملابس تسمى زلو ارت".

وقد استند الصحافي ايهاب تركي في مقالته على موقع "الدستور الاصلي" ما ورد في المدونة ليكتب مقالا صحفيا يشير فيه الى انه "لا يليق باي حال من الاحوال ان تستخدم الاثار المصرية كديكور واكسسوار لخط ملابس رجالي مهما كانت نوعية الملابس وماركتها".

وتابع "ولا يمكن السماح لموديل بالجلوس على كرسي توت عنخ امون الاثرى للدعاية لبنطلون جينز او قميص ولكن هذا ما حدث بالفعل فى صور الدعاية الخاصة بخط الملابس الرجالي الذى تنتجه شركة زولو ارت والذى يحمل اسم زاهي حواس والذي تستعد الشركة لاطلاق منتجاتها التى تحمل اسمه هذا الربيع حسب موقع الشركة المذكورة التي استغلت الاثار التى لا يسمح بلمسها عادة".
