دعا المسلمين إلى استلهام العبر من تاريخهم

بوتفليقة يرحب بضيوف الجزائر ويفتتح عرس تلمسان
http://www.bouteflikapressclub.com/ar/ima/boutef-khalida.jpg (http://www.bouteflikapressclub.com/ar/ima/boutef-khalida.jpg) أعطى رئيس الجمهورية السيد عبد العزيز بوتفليقة سهرة اليوم السبت إشارة انطلاق عرس الجزائر الإسلامي، حين أشرف على الافتتاح الرسمي لتظاهرة تلمسان عاصمة الثقافة الإسلامية خلال حفل رسمي، بحضور ممثلي عشرات الدول، تميز بعرض فني ضخم جرر في خيمة نصبت على مستوى هضبة "لالة ستي" التي تقع على ارتفاع 600 متر من مستوى البحر وتطل على مدينة تلمسان.
إشارة افتتاح العرس الإسلامي الذي تكون بموجبه الجزائر عاصمة للأمة الإسلامية طيلة سنة 2011 أعطاها رئيس الجمهورية الذي رحّب في كلمة الافتتاح بضيوف الجزائر وأشاد بتاريخ تلمسان، داعيا المسلمين إلى استلهام العبر من تاريخ المجيد والتفطن لما يحاك بحق أمتهم من مؤامرات..
وبعد أن أعطى الرئيس إشارة انطلاق التظاهرة، فُسح المجال لتقديم عمل فنّي ملحمي بعنوان "تلمسان صدى الإيمان"، وهو العمل الذي أشرف على كتابة نصّه وإخراجه الفنّان اللّبناني عبد الحليم كركلا، ويعد عرضا "كرونولوجيا" يختزل أهمّ الحقب التاريخية التي مرّت بها الجزائر عامّة وتلمسان بصفة خاصّة، مع إبراز المظاهر الحضارية والثقافية والعمرانية الرّاقية التي خلّفتها هذه الحاضرة في عهد مختلف الدول والإمارات الإسلامية• كما تسلّط هذه الملحمة الاستعراضية الضوء على بعض الشخصيات والأعلام التاريخية والأقطاب الدينية التي تركت بصماتها واضحة في التراث الوطني، بالإضافة إلى المعالم التاريخية التي بقيت شامخة تشهد على خصوبة حضارة "جوهرة المغرب العربي". هذا العمل الفنّي يمزج بين السينوغرافيا والكوريغرافيا في تناغم فنّي جميل على وقع الألحان الفولكلورية والأهازيج والرّقصات الشعبية، ليختتم الحفل الذي حضره، إضافة إلى رئيس الجمهورية عدد هامّ من رؤساء الوفود للدول المشاركة في هذه التظاهرة، وعشرات السفراء المعتمدين في الجزائر بإضاءة سماء تلمسان بالألعاب النّارية الرائعة. وبنهاية الحفل الافتتاحي ستكون تلمسان على موعد مع عدد كبير من التظاهرات المبرمجة في إطار هذه التظاهرة. وفي هذا الإطار، بعقد ملتقى دولي ابتداء من يوم الاثنين بعنوان "المفكّرون والشخصيات اللاّمعة بتلمسان" من تنظيم جامعة "أبو بكر بلقايد" وبمساهمة المركز الوطني للبحوث في عصور ما قبل التاريخ وعلم الإنسان والتاريخ. جدير بالذكر أن هذه التظاهرة الدولية التي أكّد 29 بلدا أعضاء بالمنظّمة الإسلامية للتربية والعلوم والثقافة "إسيسكو" مشاركتهم في فعالياتها، إضافة إلى 12 بلدا خارج هذه المنظّمة، منها إسبانيا، البرتغال، الهند، الصين والولايات المتّحدة ستعرف برنامجا واسع النّطاق من الأنشطة العلمية والثقافية والفنّية والاستعراضية.. ففي مجال الأنشطة العلمية برمج على مدار هذه السنة 12 ملتقى دوليا وعدّة أيّام دراسية وندوات أكاديمية حول مختلف المواضيع التاريخية والفنّية والأدبية ذات الصلة بمدينة تلمسان وحضارتها وأعلامها، خصوصا منذ الفتح الإسلامي إلى إرساء أركان العديد من الدول وفي صدارتها الدولة الزيانية، مع محاولة إبراز مدى تأثير هذه الأخيرة على الحياة السياسية والثقافية والعلمية الاجتماعية على بلدان المغرب العربي والأندلس• كما برمجت حوالي عشرة معارض تخصّ محاور تراثية وفنّية مختلفة لاطلاع الجمهور العريض على مختلف الوثائق والصور التي تشهد على تقدّم الحضارة الإسلامية في ميدان البحث العلمي والمكانة التي تحتلّها العلوم في التراث الإسلامي. كما سيتمّ إصدار ونشر 365 عنوان يُعنى بشتى المجالات ذات الصلة بتاريخ وحضارة عاصمة الزيانيين والأدوار التي أدّتها هذه الحاضرة في الميادين الثقافية والسياسية والدينية عبر الحقب التاريخية المتعاقبة• وتضاف هذه النّشاطات العلمية إلى البرنامج الذي أعدّته جامعة تلمسان والمتضمّن لسلسة من المحاضرات والنّدوات والتبادلات بين الجامعات، فضلا عن بعض النّشاطات مثل نشر والتعريف بالأبحاث والأطروحات والرسائل الأكاديمية المنجزة من طرف الطلبة والأساتذة الباحثين في مختلف الميادين ذات الصلة بتاريخ وحضارة "جوهرة المغرب العربي". وفي المجال الفنّي ستشهد مدينة تلمسان خلال السنة الجارية إقامة العديد من الأنشطة الثقافية والفنّية بفضل المهرجانات الوطنية والدولية التسعة المزمع تنظيمها بمناسبة تظاهرة "تلمسان عاصمة الثقافة الإسلامية". وبفضل تظاهرة "تلمسان عاصمة الثقافة الاسلامية" ستكون هذه المدينة التي تقع في أقصى غرب الوطن فضاء مميزا للقاءات ونقاشات وعروض فنية حول التاريخ الإسلامي والفنون والإسلامية طوال سنة 2011.
